We had a rumbling noise start up with our furnace so we called and were given a time for later that same day for it to be checked out. We had Noah come to our house and he was both prompt and professional. After diagnosing our issue he gave us multiple options and helped us to talk through the implications of each. He was not pushing or salesy in any way and we were able to make the decision best for us to fix the problem. Thank you Noah!

Wow, this company was great. Another company could not find the problem with our furnace after working on it for 6 hours. Delaware Heating found the problem and repaired it in fifteen minutes. Very polite, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

I originally had Atlas Butler come out and they determined water damage without looking at it and quoted me $4990 dollars for repairs. The let me determine why not just pay for a brand new furnace at $6K-7K. I decided to check for a second opinion. Came across Five Star Heating and Cooling and Jacob came at night and was able to repair. I will go with them when the time comes to replace or repair my HVAC system. Highly recommended.

Our technician contacted me to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes. Then, he arrived 30 minutes later. He then offered to wear a protective mask and footies due to COVID. Next, he promptly diagnosed and revived a furnace that had been out of service since December within a matter of minutes. Next, he determined the issue with the AC was a frayed wire and fixed this problem quickly. Finally, he re-wired the thermostat correctly. Great experience and I will use them again, when the need arises.
