Made sure to take care of the details including things that would have been easy to push off as not in their scope. Hard to find that level of professionalism these days to get the job done right. Price was fair and straightforward. No hard sell. Highly recommend.

Our technician was top notch! We’ve had a run of dead ends and lousy service from other companies, but this guy was awesome!
He was friendly, arrived right as scheduled, immediately found and repaired our furnace issue, and gave us a direct assessment of our system. No BS from Delaware Heating & Air and I think that’s as important as the repair itself.

He was very personable, knowledgeable and walked me through each step of diagnostic and repair. He worked diligently to get me up and running quickly, and be ready to handle a hot weekend. He then discussed and explained all the appropriate right choices to replace my 19-year-old Lennox HVAC system. It has been a pleasure dealing with your tech and your company so far, and I'm looking forward to an easy and smooth installation of a great new HVAC system next week

Noah was the service technician who came out to evaluate our aging AC unit.
Noah was able to arrive earlier than expected by a good half hour. I really appreciated that on a hot June day!
Noah was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get the old beast cooling again.
Noah also provided some suggestions and options for the future.
Noah did a terrific job!

Called them due to my Commercial ac unit not working.
Noah came out the next morning and did a great job, as he always does. Gave me several options to save money...very honest!
Sent me pics of a roof issue, which could have been a major Problem later, had he not made me aware of it.

Tech called when he was enroute, arrived on time and was friendly as well as professional in appearance. He was thorough in assessing the problem and repaired it immediately! He then conducted a preventive inspection, located a potential problem and addressed it without additional charge! 5 star rating across the board in my book!

I would recommend five star heating and cooling for anyone. I recently purchased a home and was in need of a new air conditioner. Not only did they help with the home warranty coverage, they were very responsive and efficient with the install and ensuring the new system worked properly. This is a company you can trust to take care of you. Our new air conditioner works great and we will be return customer for any of our heating / cooling needs.

Installed a new A/C unit and fixed faulty duct work. The whole process from scheduling to getting an estimate to the installation couldn't have been easier. Everyone I dealt with was honest and straightforward and I was confident I was getting a great price. Most importantly, the installers stayed as long as they had to to do the job right. I wouldn't call anyone else.
