The experience from start to finish was easy and they were super helpful. They were able to get to the house a head of their appointment, diagnose the concerns and get a replacement set up for the next day. Total install took about 7 hrs and they had 3 techs working to be as efficient as possible. The temperatures for those days the system was down where in the high 80 to low 90s, and it was a necessity to get things done as soon as possible.

The technician Ken did an excellent job diagnosing and solving the problem. Very professional. I’ll definitely use these guys for any HVAC work that I need done.

Last year, I replaced my 15 year old furnace after the blower motor died, and got a good deal plus a 10 year parts warranty for a 96% efficient two stage Carrier gas furnace. The guys that came out were super friendly and got it installed quickly.

They also do my AC tuneups and furnace tuneups and run specials on those. They were just out to replace my AC capacitor and I was able to schedule same day repair. Only took about 30 minutes to fix. Pretty awesome. Once my AC goes, I'd definitely call them and would consider a heat pump, to offset some natural gas usage as prices seem to be getting higher recently.

Easy to contact and schedule with a live person. Extremely reasonably priced and since I used them previously for heating maintenance, I was confident trying their AC maintenance. Service tech called in advance and was running early which actually worked out perfect for me. He performed all the maintenance and gave me some tips to keep it running as well as possible. He was also very personable and professional. All as expected and I will continue to use them.

Scott was very friendly to explain the issues, and always kept a backup plan ready. I was very happy with the service he provided. I would highly recommend him for any HVAC related problem. The punctuality and affordability also get a Five Star from me.

The service tech was thorough and worked to provide us with a very fair quote. We almost immediately agreed and the installation took place the next day. The 2 installation techs were on time and on point. They were courteous and made sure they explained the system. I would definitely recommend!!

Just got a new HVAC system installed by Lewis Center-Powell Heating & Air (same as Five Star). Best price/value in town. Installation went smooth. Called them back to have someone adjust blower fan speed. Josh Anderson came out and did a great job at finding the proper way to optimize my system, but also identified a few other issues and took care of them. Great experience, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
