The technician was very kind and knowledgeable which is the only reason I didn’t leave a lower review. I feel their advertisement for a free estimate was very misleading this is only for new unit. I didn’t think the diagnostic rate was an unfair amount, however any amount when I was under the impression it was free is not what I wanted and I would have not have called them if I thought there would be a charge.

Five Stars to the best heating and cooling experts in the area. The gentleman was here within a week and had my yearly tune up done in less than 30 minutes. Made sure to wear his mask during the whole appointment, as well as wore boot coverings while walking through my house. Will continue to use them on a yearly basis.

I spoke with Jessica when I called and she was very accommodating by moving appointments around to fit me in quickly. The technicians from Lewis Center-Powell Heating and Air recently serviced my furnace. The whole furnace is perfectly working efficiently with the technician resetting my new thermostat for efficiency. I am really very happy with their work and services. I know who to call and rely on in the future! "I'm a very impressed and happy customer!!"

I got help with some furnace maintenance and everything checked out fine. The day after, I noticed water dripping from the duct in the basement. Worried that it something had accidentally been done, I called back.

Another technician (Randall) arrived the same day and he deduced that it was a leak coming from the water line into the fridge! Even though it wasn't part of the job, he helped me to move the heavy fridge out from the wall to dry the affected area.

Obviously, I was really grateful he helped me because it could have been much worse had it not been caught sooner. Really glad that he went above and beyond to assist. Definitely five-star service.

I was given a window of 8 am - 11 am. Mike, called me around 9:15, was at my door prior to 9:45. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. The work was done in less than an hour, and cool air is pumping out as I write this. I will definitely return to have my A/C replaced when the time comes!

They were all very professional, they came promptly and as promised. They were clean/considerate and we were provided very reasonable price for our AC unit. I would recommend to others!

5 stars doesn’t do them justice. They need a 6th. Great service and amazing professionalism. Not to mention very reasonably priced. I’ve used them twice for 2 different reasons and both were fantastic. I’m a customer for life
