I booked the appointment on Christmas Eve the lady told me to be $49 she was gonna be coming out on Tuesday in the afternoon they would call me 30 minutes ahead of time when I called to cancel the appointment she said you sure you don't want to come out I said no everything's running fine now and then I started to think well maybe I should have him come out and then she said it wasn't gonna be 49 that was a holiday special It would now be a $129 or a 199 I could not really understand what she was so I've never used the company but you really should have more clarification

Technician was very personable, took time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions. Checked and double checked his work to ensure everything was good. Would recommend this company and the technician.

5 Stars All around - Furnance went out on a Saturday, they had a tech at our house within a few hours. Scheduled an appointment first thing Monday and they were on time, polite, respectful, efficient and a great price too! Best service I've had and highly recommended!

First group of installer did a fair job except they added 45 connection to part of return duct, I suggested simpler solution which also eliminates need for45(restriction) but they did not understand that 45 will add restriction luckily they could not have the AC running so next Monday supervise cam to fix AC when I told him he agreed that they have mad a mistake and he scheduled Repaire and it was professionally done by Blake and Erik. I am satisfy with the finished job.
Since due to cold wether AC has not been tested extensively I request that to be tested this coming summer.

Tech was honest (most importantly) and courteous. Quick appointment is also important when temperature is in 90's. We appreciate Lewis Center HVAC company and would recommend them

Scott our technician was awesome we had a bad experience with Buckeye heating and plumbing and these guys came in and saved the day. We highly recommend them you won't be disappointed

this is the first time i tried this company for my yearly maintenance of my A/C the tech Jacob was prompt & very detailed in his work. took almost an hour to check everything was functioning well since this is a 20yr old A/C system & also gave his suggestions how we can get a new one or make some repairs of some parts if we wish too do it.i will recommend this company to others.

Very professional, answered all my questions, arrived well within the appointment window and called to keep me informed on arrival time.

They were able to come out same day to help with our AC unit. The technician, Pooya, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciated him talking us through what he was seeing. Didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell us into something we didn’t need. Would definitely go through them again.

We easily scheduled an appointment. The technician called to let us know when he would arrive. He arrived on time and with a smile. The technician was very nice, he explained things very well. The service call was both prompt and thorough. The technician inspected our unit and made sure it was working well before he left. My experience was great. Thank you!
