I had an emergency situation and called Jim and within hours he was at my house being a first time customer of Metro Comfort. He's fast and with prompt outstanding customer service and knowledge that helped my family tremendously. This is the type of service a customer needs in the Columbus Area. I would prefer Jim and Metro Comfort to my Real Estate Professionals for their business and my personal contacts. We always look for the companies that show compassion and understanding to improve are sphere of contacts and this is the Company that will help in the long run with your business or personal home.

Our furnace was not working on December 23. This was the day that the winter storm hit the area, I called Metro Comfort that afternoon and they were able to send someone to our house. The technician, Branson, did a great job. He was professional and efficient. I will call Metro Comfort in the future. I really appreciate the quick response to our issue on a day when many others may have been experiencing heating problems due to the severe cold.

These guys saved me when I woke up with no heat. Jimmy was out within 2 hours, did some troubleshooting, then spent about an hour finding me a new furnace that could be installed the next day when I told him I had to go out of town for working in 2 days. I believe the installer was Branson and he was excellent. They got me all back and ready to roll quickly and efficiently. If you need HVAC service, I couldn't recommend them anymore.

Needed a furnace replaced over Christmas. Jim Fry & Metro Comfort Systems came thru to get it done. They are real professionals - such a pleasure to work with people who respond to your phone calls. Jim kept me informed every step of the way. They put my original systems in 22 years ago, & I have used no one else. I highly recommend them.

Metro Comfort systems is an excellent company that provides superior service. They installed a new air conditioner fifteen years ago at our house and have been servicing it and our furnace ever since (new furnace was installed in 2020). They do not overcharge, are courteous, prompt, and professional. Yesterday our air conditioner stopped working and, by noon, they were at our house to take a look. I thought for sure a new system would be needed. However, they were able to fix the problem for $298 (with a discount because of our service contract; would have been $385 without the contract). I really can't recommend this company enough.

Did a great repair on an old r-22 system. Still has a leak but I feel they bought me more time before replacing is needed.

I called at 6am on a Saturday and Jim was at our house by 8am. He is a really nice guy and got the job completed quickly and at a reasonable cost. We have used this company for 15 years and have always been happy with their work!

Urgent service need with furnace inoperable in winter on a Friday evening with the family out of town. Jim responded to our message timely and Brandon was on site by mid-day Saturday to replace a capacitor and get the system running. Full explanation of the issue with transparency on the potential for other issues (older unit), however, no pressure or sales pitch to do more than was necessary to get the unit back online. Highly recommend and will make Metro our first call for any future work and/or replacement unit.

Want to thank Metro comfort for a great service. I called because our heat went out and Jim said he was booked until the following week but he would stop by that day. He came out and put a part in but he showed my husband he didn’t think the part would work and would need a new furnace. We knew it was time for a new one and he set us up for the next day. Great customer service!
