Metro comfort is awesome! They are informative and honest, polite and clean. Jim is great and Matt, who replaced our furnace, was super too. Kim, who runs the office, is always so polite and helpful. Won't ever use anyone else for heating and cooling as well as recommended anyone else.

I have used service companies for years just for the regular spring check on AC and fall for heater. Several different companies. Always thought same. Well we were having a leak with our AC new house used the company I had before they could not find it said they checked everything. They put new stuff in worked that summer. Next spring same thing. So they tried different things and basically said contact the people who installed it they think it is a lemon. Took a while cause ac came with house and only a few years old.

It was Metro that installed it had them come out that fall to look could not find anything did a bunch of checks. So this spring metro does the spring check they found the leak and took care of me. They super nice professional not just trying to charge for every little thing like other companies. They want a relationship. I will be staying with Metro from now on.

Our blower motor kicked the bucket during a cold snap with below zero temperatures. We called Metro after midnight, and Jim was at our home before noon the same day. Metro Comfort installed the original heating and air conditioning in our home and have provided 20 years of reliable and reasonably priced service. Metro have gone out of their way to extend the life of our original systems and replaced our units with good quality and competitively priced equipment. 5! We have used Metro Comfort Systems for many years and have been very pleased. This weekend our air conditioner went out and our home was quickly unbearable. Being in the busy air conditioning season, Metro was fully booked on Saturday, but Jim made the effort to help us out in our crunch and our 90-yr. old Dad is coming for a visit soon. Jim came out early Sunday morning and got our air up and running and home cooled down. Praise God! Metro is prompt, friendly and reasonable!! Jim was VERY kind and informative!
