I love this company!! Our furnace was on the fritz over the holidays and Sheri Nash and her team were on it! They were prompt, knowledgeable, and did everything they possibly could to fix it before it ultimately needed to be replaced (which they did for a very fair price). I’d highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

I am so pleased with this company. I called this morning and Ronnie, the office manager, squeezed me into the schedule the same day! Charlene showed exactly as promised, got the work done and had me up and running in no time. I highly recommend them and I know we’ll use them for any future repairs. My thanks to everyone there!

In today’s world, it’s a rarity to find an a/c company who you can truly trust! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the owner Sheri & her staff! She is amazing, she is honest, kind, friendly, reliable and professional! Her staff, Ronni & Charlene & all the technicians are great! I’ve had such wonderful experiences at both my home & place of business, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hvac systems! Thank you! You guys are the best!

Tech came to house with the understanding that I needed repair of some kind/ no cold air with central air. I showed her which AC needed looked at (I have two units). After a while I stopped her in the front yard and asked her what was going on. She stated that she already changed the ( I believe) condenser. She then said we were up to over $300 and that was not even the Freon that needed to be added. Price jumped to$500 or more. She said that parts were no longer available for this unit (old). I told her I didn’t want anything done! I was truly unhappy with this person and her lack of professionalism. She should have spoken to me first about all of the above prior to doing anything. And a $95 service fee to boot!! I will not use this company again!!!

The team at TemperaturePro are incredibly kind and responsive to my needs. Very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and helping me to understand future needs of my HVAC. Our AC went out yesterday and it was 85 in the house. I called around 1 pm and they were able to get someone out the same day. I work from home and had some appointments that I could not miss but they were able to work around that too. The technician who came out was very nice and professional, she had us back in the cold that night! Great people and would recommend!!
