We highly recommend the Temperature Pro team. Our furnace died on the coldest day so far this year. We were left without heat and had no idea what the problem was. Fortunately, I could call Sheri Nash from Temperature Pro. Ronni answered my call and immediately grasped the fact that we were in a difficult situation. She made arrangements to send Cameron, an experienced tech, to our house the same afternoon. He evaluated the problem and was concerned that the furnace wasn’t repairable – the way it was acting was not what he expected and it bothered him. He recommended that we talk with Sheri about getting a new furnace. NOT the answer you want on the coldest day, but at least we had a plan.

As it turned out, we had to go with another provider to replace our furnace – the timeline for replacement didn’t work.

Even though Sheri and Cameron knew we had to go with another company to replace the furnace, Cameron kept pondering what was causing the issue. He had some new thoughts about what we might try before replacing the furnace. He reached out through Sheri to suggest more diagnostic testing for us. That was going above and beyond. He could have just written us off and gone about his business. There are plenty of furnaces to be repaired! But he cared enough to suggest additional options for us.

I strongly recommend Temperature Pro. They’re top notch in customer service and responsiveness.

I've never had a company send an email with the technicians picture and my service appointment information. I knew when I answered the door it was James. They were extremely easy to work with and fair and reasonable with pricing. I had a new AC system installed by Temperature Pro Columbus and the installer technician, Carlos Mejia, was very thorough and professional. He did a great job on the installation and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before he left. He also cleaned up any mess that was made and took out old AC with him when he left. Our new AC works Like a dream!

Great response on a Sunday after waking up to a freezing house. Cameron explained everything in detail as he was working. Didn’t even mind having a cat as a helper. Affordable and personable service. Thankful that Cameron was able to find a solution for repair without having to spend a lot of money. Will definitely use again!

If I could give TemperaturePro 10 stars, I would. Our A/C stopped working the hottest weekend of the year to date, and because it was the hottest weekend of the year to date, most places we called were telling us it would be 5-6 days before they could visit. TemperaturePro was able to make it out the next day -- and at the ultra convenient time of 7 am. Charlene was right on time, and she was wonderful -- professional, friendly and best of all had our A/C working by the time she left (all for $89!). She mentioned that because it's so busy, she told the schedulers she could start service calls as early as 7, and we are incredibly grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond to rescue us. Wow! What a great company with top notch customer service! I own my own business and came to work this morning with the AC not working. I called Temperature Pro Columbus at 8am and they managed to get someone to me within a very short period of time. Carlos was very nice and explained everything to me. I am beyond thankful for this company. I will never use another HVAC company besides Temperature Pro Columbus again. Thank you so much!!

Stop reading reviews and just call this company. Seriously. I did a lot of research before calling TemperaturePro and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received! This was my first time ever working with a HVAC company.

I initially called to get a tech to come out and see why our A/C unit outside was screeching. As it turns out, she discovered that the compressor was failing and the unit itself was literally older than me (I’m 25). The tech was Cheyenne or Charlene (I’m sorry - I cannot 100% remember), but she was amazing! Super up-front with me about the problem and very no-BS when it came to giving me options.

I received a follow-up call from the Sheri Nash about three days later and she was absolutely incredible. She told me that the company is pro-LGBTQ+, owned and operated by women, and just overall super inclusive! We promote equality in our household so this was super amazing to hear!

We ended up getting an entire new system installed (Outside A/C unit, Furnace, New Duct Work, Etc.) and compared to some of the pricing I’ve seen online and heard from neighbors, this was far lower than I expected (Less than $6k). The new units work great with our Nest Thermostat!

The same tech came out to do the big install and they were amazing. Respectful of our home and our dog appreciated the attention that he received from them. Installation started around 8am and was completed by 2pm (Basically had to force them to go get some food because they were working so hard). There was no mess left behind and they took the old unit when they left, so I didn’t have to worry about disposal of that either!

The work comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and both the furnace and the A/C have a ten-year warranty. I’m so thrilled with this company and I couldn’t recommend them any more than I already have with this mile long review.

Carlos was very easy to talk to as well as very professional. He did a great job of explaining what to expect and answered all my questions.

The install looks very neat and no mess left behind for us to clean up.

Very affordable for the quality of work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal and service.

Shane was a good to deal with and gave an accurate diagnostic and fair quote. He work with it and completed immediately. He gave me some insight for my future needs about my unit and no pressure sales pitch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
