Carlos Mejia is the technician that did the maintenance for my HVAC system. He was very personable, professional and timely. He went thru his check list and cleaned inside and outside. I had a great experience and will use them again for any HVAC needs. Great job!

Charlene was WONDERFUL! We just moved to the area and our a.c. went out; Charlene was super promote in coming out and figuring out what was wrong. She made me feel super comfortable about her being in my home with my children and she had no problem with my youngest watching. She explained the problem in layman's terms so I easily understood and even though she couldn't fix it (needs new parts), she got the ball rolling for it to be fixed. I'd recommend her 100%!

Good fast service that gets to the heart of the problem quickly without any B.S., The only minor knock (not enough to damage the 5 star rating) I had against TemperaturePro Columbus was that the price was quite a bit of a markup on the fuses that were replaced on my air conditioner's disconnect box, but that most definitely was not the fault of the technician (Cameron) who acted in a very professional manner, and diagnosed and then fixed the problem quickly, and that is probably part of the cost of doing business anyways (in other words getting a tech to my house quickly and fixing the problem quickly, I'm sure it isn't cheap). I highly recommend TemperaturePro Columbus!

Called Temp Pro Columbus ,Ohio, on Friday and set an appointment for Monday. The window of arrival time was between 11 A.M.-1 P.M. I explained that we really wanted to replace our whole system, but was told the Service Mgr., would need to check our system for an $89.00 service fee first. We thought if it's something small, like a loose wire tripping the circuit breaker, perhaps we would wait until after a kitchen remodel we are doing in December. I like supporting small businesses when possible and the reviews seemed good. Well I was wrong on this one!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP......AND.... DIDN'T CALL!!!! As if our time waiting for them isn't worth anything!!! Here we are about to spend thousands on a new system and they evidently don't need the business. Thank you Sheri for saving us from making a costly mistake using your company!! REAL PROFESSIONAL!!!

My furnace wasn't working so I asked my relative if they knew of a good, honest HVAC company? They recommended TemperaturePro of Columbus. Boy, glad they did! My furnace wasn't worth fixing and they recommended a Goodman unit. I never heard of Goodman. It puts the old unit to shame! The tech was fantastic ... He protected the area, extremely knowledgeable and made sure the installation was done properly.
Use Temperaturepro....you won't be disappointed!

This is a great company. When I was a first client they were able to fit my company needs into the schedule were no other company would work with us stating they were out 2 months. Also they send an email with a picture and name of the technician that will be at the property. This was awesome!

I've been helping out my family who got hit by the three hurricanes in St.Croix... So money is very tight. I called Temperature Pro...they were quick, efficient, and really helped me out when I really needed a hand up. I especially appreciate Sheri Nash and John, who was the technician, for going above and beyond any expectations I had. They have permanently earned my business!
