He was great. Our ac was broken in the middle of the 90 degree summer and he was able to fix it timely and very well. It was a band aid repair but I would definitely recommend him. 👍

I called them at 9::11 in the evening on Friday. A lady answered the phone and took my number and someone would get back to me that evening. I said our a/c is out. She said you will hear back from someone. I called back at 10:03 pm and a man answered the phone. I asked him is someone coming out tonight or not. He said he was not sure but our phone number was sent out to the repairman and he will be calling us. I waited till 11:15 then went to bed. As of this moment Saturday at 11:33 am we never got a call. We called Atlas Butler. They were here by before 10:00 and fixed our issue.

Perhaps I just caught the receptionist on a bad day, but I called asking if they could help install a smart thermostat for one of our customers and they flat-out refused. "We're not interested." I tried to ask if it was because they don't do thermostat rewires, and they said they do rewires but "I'm telling you that we're not interested. Thank you for your time, goodbye." Utterly bewildered by the terrible lack of professionalism.
