Metro Comfort Systems found time to fit me in the same day I called to request service to my A/C unit. I worked directly with Jim and he is an experienced professional who will shoot you straight and educate you on the details of what and why your hvac system needs a particular service. Called Metro on a Saturday morning to repair my A/C. I got a call back from Jim, said he could be there in a few hours. Jim was very knowledge, professional, courteous, and friendly. He arrived in the designated time frame and quickly resolved my issue. He also provided a number of tips and suggestions for improving the performance of my HVAC system. I would highly recommend Metro and plan to always contact them for any future repair needs. Also, I always try to support the local businesses here in Powell.

Jim and Metro Comfort Systems did an incredible job for my family and I. AC system went out on Tuesday Aug 6th and I asked friends for recommendations, one of which was Jim with Metro Comfort. My wife contacted the company and was greeted by very professional and courteous staff. Jim came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and provided solution options, and advised they could have a tech crew at our house by 8am Wednesday Aug 7th. The next morning a professional and courteous father/son team reported to our house by 7:45am and we had AC flowing by noon. The service was competitively priced and the service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone in need of furnace or AC system service.

They are extremely responsive and accommodating, and do work at a good price.

I've had Jim from Metro Comfort Systems come to my home twice. One for the air conditioner and today for my furnace. Both times they have fixed my issues at a very fair price. They also fit me into an already full schedule on a Sunday because I wasn't available on a week day and they knew I needed my furnace working in cold weather. Highly recommended.

Metro is awesome! Jim came out on a Friday and walked us through what we needed. He was professional, kind and reasonable! He became a fast friend of my daughter! On Monday morning, Tom and Michael came, and were incredibly efficient and personable. And, working with Kim at the office has been a treat! We appreciate them all so much! Our A/C went out over a weekend. When I called them on Monday morning they told me they would have someone out that afternoon. It turns out my A/C unit needed to be replaced but finding a unit might be difficult. They found a unit that afternoon but there was an additional part that they also needed. Jim was on the phone until 8:00 that night trying to locate the part needed. He was able to find it and they had it sent to them to arrive by 11:00 am the next day. They sent out 2 guys to install the unit on Tuesday afternoon and my A/C was running again by 1:30 that afternoon. Superb! Cannot say enough good about Jim and Metro. Thank you.

All of you at Metro Systems have always given us excellent service. We began with you about 20 years ago and haven't ever stopped, even though we have been in three different homes! Jim Frey, Gary, Seth, Rick have always, always arrived when we had trouble with furnaces and air conditioners. They have put in at least three new furnaces in the huge home we had. We trust Metro Comfort Systems and all the folks who work in our homes, and we are pleased also with the office people, And we will stay with them!
