I was referred to Metro by a friend. Great referral! I had called them due to a water leak coming from my forced air unit in my basement. Easy to set an appointment and they called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. My issue was fixed at a very reasonable price and some other possible problems were pointed out to look at in the future. Our furnace went out on Saturday morning and Jim came right out for a service call. He was able to determine the problems right away and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Five stars for service!

Our hi-eff. furnace was refusing to go to high burn. After several exhaustive service calls to rule out equipment causes, Metro determined that the combustion vents were not large enough to provide consistent air flow to support high burn. Metro Systems, Powell, completely replaced the 2 in. vent system with 3 in. ducting. They had originally installed our system and replaced the vents at no cost. Metro Systems, Powell stands by their committments to provide complete satisfaction.

Anytime I have had an issue the response time has been amazing. Extremely professional staff and they have all been easy to work with. I also love that no matter who is out doing our system check they always let my 8 year old son get right in there and help even if it is just holding the flashlight for them:) Good people and great service!
