Metro Comfort Systems Heating and Air Conditioning

I called my dad (of course!) after I had trouble with my furnace/thermostat. It wouldn’t heat to the target or continue to cycle throughout the day. After a few weeks of messing with it and several mornings in the 50s, I called Metro per my dad’s recommendation. They were polite and helpful over the phone. Jim arrived promptly and fixed the issue entirely in only 30 mins and charged very fairly. He has earned a forever customer.

Great People and Great Service. I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars based on my excellent experience with them. I would rate them a perfect 10. I have used MetroComfort since 2000. The best company, service and people I have found! My realtor called and told me the heat in the house was down to 40 at 2:30 PM on a Saturday while our house is for sale and we are living in another state. This all happened in February on one of the coldest days in Ohio. Although, MetroComfort was fully booked for emergency service, Jim found a way to to be at my house shortly after 3:00 PM and stayed until after 6:00 PM to ensure that the heat would be back on. Their response to service requests is outstanding and I wish more companies would provide this level of service. MetroComfort will be checking on the heat on Sunday and Monday to ensure that we have heat. MetroComfort saved me from having frozen pipes and other major issues that could have occurred. MetroComfort offers the best service in the business! I wish I could move MetroComfort with me to my new location!

Our furnace went out in the middle of winter and Metro was the only company I called that was able to come out same day to help figure out what was wrong. They helped diagnose what was wrong over the phone so they were able to bring the right parts when they came. They were able to fix our furnace and the price was appropriate. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I will absolutely call them back if/when I need them again!

Amazing company! Jim was amazing to work with and was able to fit us into their schedule the next day, even when everyone else was booked. Great service and pricing! They definitely have become our go to HVAC service provider.

Seven years ago Metro Comfort Systems replaced my air conditioner which has worked flawlessly. They worked with me to find the right solution at the right price. They found time to install within a day when it was in the 90s, in time for family I had visiting that weekend. Now seven years later, this week the air condition stopped working. I called them and they were going to come out the same day to fix it. I however decided to first take a look at it myself. When Jim learned this, he called me back and offered his consultation on the phone at no charge. When we pinned the problem down to the outside fan capacitor that had gone bad thanks to the help of a mouse that had made a nest in the electrical box and electrocuted himself on the capacitor, Jim offered to provide me a replacement capacitor at no charge. Thanks, Jim! Capacitor replaced and AC back to working like new!

My wife, kids and I had a very hot night!!! Our AC went out on Sunday night. We called Metro's 24 hr hotline and was able to get on the schedule the following morning. Jim and his friendly crew came out and had our AC back up and working in less than 1/2 hour. I was happy to give our business to a company that is local to Powell and the prices were great.

Called for an AC issue in late June. Jim and John showed up in an hour! They were both extremely courteous and professional. I can’t say enough about the service I received. I will continue to use Metro Comfort Systems for any HVAC issue without question! Thanks guys! Jeff

Metro Comfort Systems was incredible. They came out on the hottest day of the year and made sure things where fixed. They provided great service at a very affordable price. Highly recommend these professionals, especially Jim.
