Metro Comfort Systems Heating and Air Conditioning

Great service... As mentioned on other reviews Jim is fantastic at providing service on short notice. However they are a little expensive, they replaced an HVAC fan which had burnt out and charged me flat rate of $690. I later found out that the part itself was only $99-$150 retail. So overall great service, just double check the price.

A friend referred Metro Comfort Systems to me and I am so grateful he did!Jim and Wes did an excellent job fixing and reinstalling our new A.C. It is definitely worth it to get done by this great company! They are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They came on such short notice and did an awesome job; they were a blessing.

Jim from Metro Comfort Systems came to my rescue! My heat went out and he was able to come out the next morning. He was honest and fixed my 30 year old furnace to get me through the winter and is giving me an estimate of a replacement system. He wanted to make sure I had heat and time to think about my next heating and cooling system without feeling pressured or rushed. I highly recommend Metro!

When it comes to businesses, I have often wondered whatever happened to customer service - you know - showing up on time, returning phone calls, doing the job right, etc. Well, Metro Comfort Systems has it! The courteous workers, efficient work practices, calling me back, following through with their promises was all very refreshing. I would not hesitate to recommend Metro Comfort Systems to everyone and anyone! They are truly a great company with great staff in a world where customer service has been forgotten. We woke up on a Saturday morning to find our furnace was not working. It was 2° outside. I initially called Buckeye Heating and Cooling and they said I would get a call back within an hour and they would then give me a 3-hr window later in the day. I then called Metro Comfort Systems and Jim was literally in my house working on the furnace 35 minutes later. Additionally I had an issue with my fireplace that I brought up when he was on his way out. As a courtesy he helped me out real quickly with that as well. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I won't be calling anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.

Jim from Metro Comfort Systems just left my house and it was so refreshing to speak with someone who was honest, non-pressuring, and respectful! I highly recommend this company for your AC and heating needs. They were able to come out the same day I called, and they worked very diligently!

Another great experience with Metro Comfort Systems. Found our A/C was not working and for service around 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. Jim arrived before 11 am, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the necessary part and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. This is very similar to the responsiveness several years ago when we had A/C issue. In every case we have found the work to be professional with honest and fair recommendations. Thank you!

Metro Comfort Systems has been our heating and cooling company since before 2004. Wonderful, talented folks to deal with. They never try to sell you something you don"t need. I give them the highest recommendations...five stars! Jim knew what the problem was within five minutes and fixed the problem within fifteen minutes. We've been calling Metro Comfort Systems for our furnace and a/c needs for several years now. Jim and the crew are always so knowledgeable and professional. They've also been quick to come out for emergency service, which is nice when your heat goes out in the dead of winter! I always recommend Metro to our friends and neighbors.

Isn't it great when you FINALLY find a company that knows what they are doing, delivers on what they promise, and you feel you got a fair deal on the service? Metro Comfort Systems is that for HVAC and is truly best I have experienced. Gary, the owner, personally came to my rental unit on a holiday (4th of July) to get my A/C recharged and running last year. Since then, Jim came and got the problems resolved at another rental. Today, my decades-old heat pump finally died at my townhouse. They gave me a great price and next day install on a new unit. VERY happy with their services and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for the best.
