James from Eco Plumbers came out, immediately saw my carpets and went back out to his truck for boot covers. He had an extremely friendly demeanor and was very respectful and professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He asked me permission every time he needed to check a different location. He helped alleviate all my fears and assured me of the quality of my plumbing. James came out because we had a frozen pipe from extreme cold weather. He made sure there was no leak since the pipe had since defrosted from the time I called Eco Plumbers. I would 1000% use Eco Plumbers again.

Matt did a great job installing the gas line to my range. We looked at the job, discussed the options, he gave me a quote and the job was completed the same day. I would definitely recommend and use this company again and request Matt on any future projects.

I was going from a gas stove to an electric stove, I needed the pipe capped off. My tech Kevin(fabulous) removed the pipe and provided me with a shut off valve. He explained that if I needed gas again they could do it from behind the stove instead of shutting it off from outside. I am so excited. This company has never let me down. Kevin was so professional and was very knowledgeable and very nice. I say in pretty much all my reviews that the service guys are knowledgeable and professional, but it is the absolute truth. This company hires exceptional people who really know their jobs. I am so grateful.

Water tank replacement was the service performed. Caleb took the time to explain as well as point out as he evaluated my older water heater and the condition of my homes plumbing. He informed of me services that they offered so I could make an informed decision. Despite the old pipes giving him hell, he managed to complete the job in one day. ECO did an awesome job with fixing my shower leak. I had a slow draining shower which started to leak in the floor below. ECO did an excellent job narrowing down the issue and resolving the problem. Price and service were both excellent.
