Had a broken pipe. They came out quickly and solved the problem. Water is running again without issue. Andrew also helped with suggestions on future plumbing issues and gave estimates. Great service all around

We have always been happy with the service we receive from Eco Plumbers.
Today, though, Travis went above and beyond. What was expected to be a quick leaky faucet repair ended up being a very labor intensive full replacement due to faulty installation on the original. He made sure we understood all of our options and helped us chose an affordable fix. Removal of the original faucet was extremely difficult, but he made sure to proceed carefully to prevent any damage to the countertop. We would always recommend Eco Plumbers, but especially after today with our experience with Travis.

We had a kitchen sink stopped up on November 20th, Thanksgiving week ! Our home warranty company sent out a company to fix it who not only failed to fix it but broke a pipe in the wall under the sink then said we would not be fixing Thanksgiving dinner here this year ? He said he was going on vacation and would contact us later. We finally called them on the 29th of Nov but they were a no show for that day and the next ? So we called Eco plumbing as they were rated one of the best in Columbus. They came out the same day but couldn’t fix it as our pipes were too old and needed to be replaced with PVC pipes. Our home is 57 years old and the pipes were very rusted with visible bad spots, so we never doubted them. We got an estimate the next day and work was completed the following day. Looks very nice, Lutz cleaned up everything and did an outstanding job. The inspection went well the following day. So after 15 days I finally have my kitchen back. Very happy !!

Fantastic service at a very reasonable price! I scheduled an inspection to do toilet fixture, main home shutoff and tub drain upgrades, expecting to just get a quote and have to wait for service. They got everything handled same day, including dealing with the city to schedule the shut off and reconnection of service. Nick was very knowledgeable and professional! Very professional, called them at 9 am and they were here by 11:15 am. (Non-emergency repair). They called 1/2 hr ahead of arrival and texted photo of actual technician. He was very courteous & knowledgeable and fixed problem at very reasonable price. Don’t know of any other plumbing co. that offers free quotes with no obligation to buy. Wow

The service from Eco Plumbers is first rate. Mathew repaired a running toilet for us and then also installed a new water heater on the same day. He explained what he was doing every step of the way so there was no inconvenience and briefed us on the new water heater. We will also be doing follow up maintenance visits to keep it in good shape. We are very happy with Eco Plumbers service and will continue to do business with them when necessary.
