Came out and did a great walk through of our home and provided a nice quote for running a gas line in minutes. Seems very knowledgeable. Will be definitely using going forward. Also once he came out and installed the gas line, the quality provided was awesome.

James was fine, pleasant, thorough and did a good job. I have no issue with him at all. The price was outrageous and I feel like I’ve been assaulted especially since I had already installed three other sinks, three toilets and a shower head myself. The ONLY reason I called a plumber is because I wanted a receipt since my house is for sale. While he was working on the bathroom and the water was off I hooked up the new dishwasher in the kitchen. I guess if I take the bill and divide it by three bathrooms it becomes reasonable.

Mr. Pannell fixed our tankless Navien water heater. This was an ongoing problem that other technicians had been unable to solve. I am pleased with his service.

Plumber glued together a pipe in my attic. I didn’t see it but I trust he did a good job. He was courteous and professional. I was supposed to get a discount because Eco Plumber’s needed to reschedule my original appointment. He forgot to give me the discount before charging my card. When I mentioned it to him he said he would make a note to the company. Hopefully they will reimburse me.
