Replaced furnace and AC unit and HVAC duct work. Very knowledgable about the what my house needed specifically for the best air quality control. Thoroughly explained the in and outs of the job. Made adaptive changes to the plan once they started working and made sure to get approval from me regarding everything done. Extremely happy with sales team and installation team. Ben was professional, courteous and, most importantly, thorough. He could have quickly gotten my furnace running again then bolted, but instead he stayed longer to be sure, and then checked other parts of my furnace to see if any maintenance needed to be done. Highly recommend.

What can I say except that this company is amazing! Best customer service experience ever! Called on a Friday and got same day service!
We had a clogged drain line and water had backed up inside our furnace when running our AC. Kevin arrived at 6:15pm and stayed till the job was done at 9pm. We did not have to schedule another appointment for the actual repair. He had everything he needed already on his truck! He installed a condensate pump and eliminated our gravity drain all together. Not only did this solve our problem completely, but gave the unit a much "cleaner' look and got rid of the PVC pipe that was running all over the floor to the drain. He also installed 2 safety switches which were missing and fixed some other problems from our initial install that was done just 5 years ago by a different company. After the repair was completed Kevin then did some testing to make sure our furnace wasn't permanently damaged from the water back up to make sure we would have heat when the cold weather comes. Kevin was so friendly, professional and respectful of us and our home unlike the technician from the company who did the install which we had called first. This is the only company we will be using for our HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs going forward!
