Doug was able to get our a/c working very quickly. He was polite, informative, and fast! So happy he shared the maintenance plan with us and we signed up!

So we had a 30 year old Trane HVAC system which finally decided it was ready to retire. We were hoping for a Trane system to replace our old one, however we were concerned about the cost of the unit vs others on the market today.

Doing our due diligence, we obtained multiple quotes for similar systems (top end - variable speed, 4 ton, 100,000 BTU, Air cleaner, UV light, humidifier, etc), the works! Logan came out first, Zane was great to work with on the sales side, provided a solid quote and we gathered competitors presenting Carrier and Rheem products. We expected Logan to be on the high end of cost due to Trane and reputation of being expensive, not even close! The other quotes were $5000 more than ours from Logan...easy decision!

Install was smooth as it could have gone, Travis and Christian and their team did an amazing job. Our project was a beast so it took two days to complete due to the scope and they didn't rush the job, explained every step along the way, even swept and vacuumed the stairway on the way out the door...bonus!

Can't say enough good things about the experience, if you are considering a company do not hesitate to go with Logan. We will be using them for many years to come for any of our heat and air needs.

Lemme tell ya, Michael and Zac were awesome. They explained every single thing they were doing and how it was going to make for a perfect system. They helped me install the app and made sure I understood exactly how to use it. Cannot possibly give these guys an accurate review with only five stars. They were ten stars at least.

Edric, Darren & Tristan were professional, arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was completed. They were able to tear out & install a new furnace & AC unit in one day.
