Logan A/C & Heat Services

My experience engaging with Logan AC & Heating was great from start to finish. Travis & Soon arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment time, they were kind, very knowledgeable, updated me throughout the process of install and went above in beyond to fix a couple of things for me in order to ensure I had good quality outcomes! I appreciate how they worked well together, their communication, and ensuring all my questions were answered.
If you are considering having services rendered through Logan, I highly recommend and request Travis and Soon for your install. My comfort consultant Steven was phenomenal as well and he ensured from a pricing perspective that I was getting the best bang for my buck! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. One thing we never forget is how people make us feel. This was by far one of the best experiences I had in my time of need. Kudos to each of you and the Logan company in general!

Very professional from start to finish! I didn't catch the receptionist name which I apologize. She set up my appointment with Ryan Johnson, your sales rep for the same day Wednesday. He came to my house, thoroughly inspected the furnace and ac unit. We sat down and he went over three different options for me to talk with my wife that night. No pressure on his part. We went over our options that night. The next day, Thursday Ryan came back back and we signed the paperwork. Friday, the very next day, Kyle Queen installation specialist and his assistant Hakim showed up at my house right on time. They removed and installed the furnace, ac unit, and thermostat quickly, professionally, and cleanly. I arrived home from work just in time for Kyle to show me and my wife the operating procedures for our new system. Thank you Logan Services for a job WELL DONE! I would recommend your services to everyone!

Great service from Travis, Shane, Nathan, and Alex! Our whole HVAC System was replaced in the same day. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all all questions. It was storming outside and they were prepared with proper gear to continue the work without a mess. Totally worth it and highly recommended.

I am beyond pleased with Clay, Griffin and Josh. They were very professional, hard working and very thorough explaining everything. They spent all day at my house replacing my furnace, central air unit, and replacing some duct and wires. I am glad we choose Logan Services for this Job. They also was out her in 1 day to start the job!

Matt Deaton & Lachlar are both excellent craftsman, they done a superb job from the moment they arrived till they packed up and left. I being a journeyman craftman recognized their professionalism and would hire this team any day of week. I thank Logan inc. for an excellent product and a good deal. This installation was a lot better than my original HVAC . My wife and I thank you very much, keep up the good work.

Installation was excellent. Michael, Robert, and Kahlil were fantastic. Down to earth and relatable people. Kyler came out and provided information and answered questions. The replacement of the entire unit was also 4K less than 2 other competitors...for the same sized unit. We will recommend Logan to anyone that we know that is asking about a new AC/Heating unit. Outstanding work and company.

Anthony did a routine tune-up. While on-site, Anthony discovered and educated me on a problem that needed an addressed. Anthony’s ability and attention to detail to fix the issue right on the spot without having to schedule a follow-up call was very much appreciated.

Anthony was cordial, attentive, and genuine. We look forward to having Anthony on future tune-up’s.

Matt M did an Outstanding job cleaning duct work and vents. Very professional, complete in a timely manner. He explained the work to be completed, showed before and after photos of the duct. Very pleased

We recently had a new A/C and furnace installed by Kyle Queen and Hakim. Both showed up on time and did a fantastic job! Kyle started off by walking me thru the whole process before they started and answered all my questions. They both were professional and really took pride in their work. I highly recommend both of them. If they show up to do your service you will be extremely satisfied. I also want to mention our Logan sales rep Brian Buysman . He was very helpful and never made us feel pressured during our time together. He took the time to go over all of our options several times , answering all of our questions until we felt like we made the right decision. Go with Logan A/C

Logan Services installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home last week and they did a fantastic job! My wife and I are very pleased with the sales experience, the products we purchased, and the Install services we received from Logan Services. Logan explained their plans for the installation, installed the units and then showed me everything they completed. They took time to explain things to me, train me on the thermostat as well as why they made certain install choices for my home. They were professional, courteous and great to be around.

Terrific experience. Very satisfied. Will definitely call them for my next HVAC project.
