The technician that came over was very professional and explained a lot to me. He was ok with me seeing how he does things and gave us a great price for how fast he was able to work. I honestly will give them a call first if I run into any problems with my home.

We had a leak under the sink which lead to flooding of our floors. The contractor noticed a potentially serious leak at the main shut off valve and we needed it repaired asap. I called KC immediately and he said he can come out the following day within a couple hours he had replaced the valve and inspected the surrounding valves to assure this wouldn’t happen elsewhere.

Great work, nice guy, Keith. He has to come out 2 times and he was very professional and courteous both times. He was able to fix my issue and restore hot water to my home. Highly recommend!

It was such a pleasure to meet Keith when he installed our new water heater last week. He answered the phone each time we called. He made our appointment for the install within a couple days. We needed to change the time that he came out and he accommodated us. He is trustworthy and knows his trade exceptionally well. We plan on having him come back to put in a new faucet in our tub/shower at some point. We highly recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing projects done. Had water backing up in the basement at my mother's house. She called around 2 PM and they told her someone would be out this afternoon. Got a call later and said someone would be there shortly. They were there about 15 minutes later. Looked at what was going on and determined they needed the "BIG" machine to clean roots in the main drain. Was back with 30 minutes, probably less. Cleaned the roots and everything is working great for my mother now. Very professional and personable. True to their word. Will be calling them in the future.

Keith always does a fantastic job! He services my heating and air conditioning, he also recently installed a water softener system as well in my home, and reconfigured the pipes so I had access to the main water valve. This past Saturday he installed my beautiful granite kitchen sink with the new faucet, and did a perfect job! He also made the under sink area look great in the older 1965 home. And I am really picky!

This is the second time I’ve called KC Services for help. The first time he came to fix a hose faucet that went bad and flooded our basement. He fixed everything up very fast and now it’s as good as new. The second time he came to fix my air conditioner that wasn’t blowing out cold air. Again, he fixed it up quickly and it’s good as new! He was able to come out both times the same day I called. I called him at 8am and by 11:30am my AC was fixed! Both times he gave me a call when he was on his way which is really nice because you know when to expect him. Super friendly and professional. Both times he charged me a very reasonable rate! I will be calling him for all my plumbing, heating, and cooling issues! Thank you Keith!
