Extremely professional business and pro employees. A cut above the rest in my opinion. Sensible quote of what was needed size-wise with 3 price options. Clay, Griffin and Josh worked hard to re-do venting, put in a long day and answered all our questions. Really took the time to do a perfect installation of furnace A/C. Improved air flow to problem areas.

We called on Sunday, they came for an estimate on Monday and we had a new unit installed on Tuesday. The guys were super friendly and professional. Thank you Clay, Griffin, and Josh!! We will definitely recommend to any friends or family needing work!

I had an issue with our unit after we lost power and I called Logans and by that afternoon had a gentleman out here by the name of Craig. Super nice guy, very detailed when explaining what had happened with my unit to a point where I understood it. Came back the next like he said and had the part and had my families unit back up and running.

Matt M. Was the tech who cleaned my 73 year old Air ducts. He was courteous and did a excellent job. I was his last stop for the day before his drive back to Dayton but didn't rush the job. He was thorough, friendly and professional. He took his time and explained the procedures as he was going from room to room and answered all questions. Excellent experience.

Andrew arrived early and was quick, clean, and professional at all times. He informed me of the issues with my unit in an easy to understand manner. He explained my options and gave me exact price points for those options.

Andrew also spoke with me about other options for preventative maintenance when I asked about it, but only informed me, never pushed to sell. He was polite, upbeat, and casual with me, so it didn't feel like he was trying to make a sale quickly.

After talking to several companies, We came right back to Logan A/C and heat services (service, price and quality were superior). We are so satisfied with the purchase of our complete heating and A/C package. The service we received from the beginning to end was above and beyond all expectations. From the moment Travis stepped into our home, he put us at ease. He is calm, knowledgeable and positive. He spent time explaining WHAT, HOW and WHY each item was right for our home. He had pamphlets with all that he discussed in depth. My husband and I were able to refer to this information after the appointment. I was hesitant of the price, until we talked with other companies. Travis assured us that we would have expert service and wouldn’t have to wait long for the installation. Within a few days, the Mike trio ascended on our home with Mike C. leading the way. Instillation was very professional and efficient. They work well together. They cared about our home, and us. When they were done, you couldn’t tell we had anyone in our home, except by the perfect temperature on the thermostat. They left our home and yard spotless! They made sure we all knew how to use the new thermostat, how the system works, and that we didn’t have any questions unanswered. We are very thankful for the expert, knowledgeable and professional employees from start to finish with the installation. We will recommend Logan A/C and Heat Services to everyone.

We had Logan Services install a new Trane comfort system in our home. The technicians were on time, and I was very impressed with their work. The technician (David) explained everything and said if we had any questions to call anytime. I wouldn't hesitate to use Logan Services again.
