Trent C and Bobby Frye were amazing. They were very respectful using floor coverings, answering all questions asked and took a lot of time to explain the system to us once it was installed. I would definitely recommend Logan's.

My wife and I run an in-home business and they replaced and moved our entire HVAC system in a day. Couldn't be more proud of their work. Highly recommend. We’ve always had a great experience with Logan heating and cooling. from the person on the phone to the technician, everyone is so pleasant. The service people are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They always do a great job and complete the job quickly.

Wednesday we had new furnace and air conditioner installed by Logan AC & Heat. We have been in our home over 40 years and this is the second system we have had from Logan. They have provided good service to us for over 12 years so we had confidence in buying this new system. The installers, Bobby Frye & Trent C were great. They discussed what would be happening to complete the install when they arrived and updated us as the removal and work progressed. Bobby reviewed the new digital WIFI thermostat with us, since it is a new technology our former system did not have. Everything was left clean when they completed the job. Over the years when we called for service issues we got prompt service. Their Customer Service is great. We highly recommend Logan AC/& Heart Services.

When my air conditioning stopped cooling my house I called Logan’s right away. I spoke with an extremely kind woman named Lynn who did a wonderful job helping all the way through the booking process. She was very friendly and courteous, and gave advice on care for the AC unit until it could be serviced, as well as answer all of my questions prior to someone coming out. She was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant to work with. I appreciated her making it such an easy booking experience!

Next 10/10 experience was with my service consultant Bret Fuller. He examined my entire hvac system to determine what the issues occurring were and explained in detail what was going on with my AC unit. He then explained the resolutions they could provide to solve the problem and had a plethora of info to help me find the best option for my home. I’ll add that while he was examining the system for a diagnosis, he was extremely courteous and paid much respect to my home. Ensuring doors were closed as he went in and out, that house slippers were used to protect the flooring, and overall was simply a very polite and kind person! My system being serviced was 19 years old, which ultimately led to an AC unit and furnace replacement being needed. When looking at all of my options Bret took the time to answer all of my questions ranging from technical details on the differences between each unit offered, to pricing details and payment options. He was very knowledgeable and the farthest thing from pushy when it came to selling the units. He presented me all of the information outlining all available options for payments and made sure I always felt that my decisions for moving forward were my choices and what I felt comfortable with. He was always available even after the service visit to help answer additional questions and get things moving. Final nod to Bret was the persistency he had with ensuring I had a very quick install!!! With the soaring temperatures he made sure my family was made comfortable as quickly as they could, and we appreciated that kindness immensely!

Day of install we were lucky enough to have Devin, Eric, and Evan taking care of us. They were fantastic!!!! Extremely kind and courteous as well (it has to be a job requirement for the company because everyone was always over and above great to work with!) Devin, Eric and Evan were prompt with their arrival and took the time to explain everything they planned to do, asked if I had any questions, and welcomed any questions during the entirety of the install. They were very professional and clean with the removal and install, making sure all flooring was covered, doors closed behind them to the outside, and an overall extremely polite and kind crew. They were so great!! My 3-yr daughter was home during the install and they simply made her day with their kindness. After the timely and highly professional performance of the install, Devin and Eric walked me through the entire new system. How to work my thermostat, how to install and maneuver the app, explained the ins and outs of both the furnace and AC unit, everything. They were truly the best! While I have no doubts every employee of Logan’s is fantastic, I hope if I ever need servicing in the future I get to work with these individuals again. They’re all truly top notch!!!
