These guys have it going on! Barry is high class! They installed a split system in my detached garage, and two new breaker boxes. Turn key! Other contractors were slow to get estimates back and when they did the document was piece mill at best Barry and Aaron and the other guys on the team took my space to the next level! I loved their time urgency and attention to cleanliness!

Larry from B&K came to give me a 2nd bid on a new AC unit, and although I did not reveal what the first contractor's bid was, they beat it by several hundred dollars. The techs (Brian and Scott) were very courteous and friendly, although one of them did keep spitting on my lawn every 30 seconds, which I found somewhat distasteful. They encountered several "unexpected difficulties" while installing the unit, making the job more difficult and necessitating extra trips to both Lowe's and a specialty parts supplier, and a return trip on Saturday morning for 30 minutes to finish the job. The extra parts were safety related, and I think a less scrupulous contractor would have just skimped here and left me holding the risk. But, they did it right, and did not even hint at increasing my price due to the extra difficulties, which was awesome. I would definitely recommend this company.

B&K was called out to fix our AC (and tidy up some other things done incorrectly during the original install by Kelly Heating and Air) and did a great job. Our tech (Bill?) was very thorough, courteous, and friendly. They were on the early side of their appointment window (30 minutes after the beginning of the window) and called when they were on their way. This is a stellar company and was very happy to have them service our unit!

I have been a loyal customer of B&K Heating since 1988. Cecil won me over! My current technician is Bob. He is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I appreciate having the same technician do both the spring and fall preventive maintenance. A new furnace was just installed. Everyone from scheduling to the installers kept me informed. Received B&K as a referral from a friend that's an HVAC profressional that used to live in Dayton. Was pleased with B&K's customer service and price. Furnace was short cycling, but just needed to be cleaned. I was charged $225 to remove some dust. I mean, he fixed it, but that seems excessively expensive to me.. And he left the dust all over my laundry room. Will not call again or recommend to anyone.

They arrived promptly and did a great job. He answered all the questions I had and gave some great information on how I could save money and good service. I recommend them.
