Logan A/C & Heat Services

I called about 11am Monday, they had a tech out by 2. He thoroughly checked both systems and went over all findings with us. We decided it would be best to replace both units and the installation team arrived Tuesday morning at 8 and by 2 they were finished. Total professionalism from everyone we encountered. Highly recommend.

Brett W and Anthony W were extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything they were doing in great detail. They were friendly and courteous, and made the whole experience a positive one. I would highly recommend Logan overall, and these two technicians in particular. I will definitely be requesting them again.

Logans replaced our old fuel oil furnace with propane and a/c with Heat pump. The 2 guys installimg were so professional. Very respectful. Kept me informed of everything they were doing. Did not rush so they did the job right. Clean work. Then Logans came out to clean our ducts. Again he was very professional, respectful, and paid attention to detail to do the job right. I definitely recommend them.

James the tech was highly knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He made sure I understood what he was doing from start to finish. He made an adjustment that should help with a condensation issue and make the blower more efficient. I use their annual maintenance program and have always been pleased with it.

Devin and Eric installed a new furnace and AC unit for us. They did a great job from start to finish. They were on time and extremely professional. Everything they did was done to the highest standard and they did a great job of explaining everything to me. They did great clean work and made sure to pick up and clean up when they were done. I would highly recommend having these gentleman do any work that is needed.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. My AC went out on a Saturday morning. I called Logan Services and they had a technician at my place in about an hour. The technician diagnosed the problem, installed the defective part, and did a full AC service immediately. Awesome job! My home is nice and cool again!

I had my ducts cleaned by Matt M. He was fantastic. He explained everything to me. He was professional and just a nice guy. He even helped carry a couple things in my house that was delivered. Thanks Matt!

Kyle, Jake and Josh were awesome!!!! They installed our new HVAC system with no issues. They were polite and professional. When they were finished with the install they explained everything. Love working with Logan’s! Have never had any issues!!
Our sales rep Travis was awesome as well. He wasn’t pushy, just explained everything and left it to us to decide without the pressure of making a sale.

Allen provide a detailed explanation of their a/c system answered all of our questions in a friendly, professional manner, and provided literature on products and services. The estimate was given with on site fully detailing the cost and installation needs.We were totally satisfied with all aspects of the meeting. The installation team led by Clay arrived on time and promptly began the A/C installation. Clay was easy to talk to and provided a easy to understand explanation of the process. The installation was completed to our entire satisfaction, followed by thorogh clean up. They even installed a light in the attic at no extra cost.
The entire process from estimate to installation was outstanding. I would highly recommend Logan for any jobs

We called Thursday evening for repair and they came out Friday morning! James B. Was excellent! He was efficient and explained everything in terms I could understand! He explained all the billing i details and gave me options. 10/10 recommend!
