Logan A/C & Heat Services

Called Logan on a Wednesday, and had the Trane system (furnace and A/C) installed on Friday. Kudos to Michael for the great overview of our options, and a big shout out to the expert installation by Bobby and Trent. These guys put in a very long day to make sure it was perfect. Very pleased with the entire process.

Hands down the best I’ve seen. The technicians were on time and completed the furnace and heat pump in one day. They cleaned up afterwards. They did not leave until all was tested and I was satisfied. I would recommend this company for heating and air conditioning needs.

Anthony was very professional in his demeanor and yet encouraged me to ask questions. Although he was in my home to perform A/C maintenance Anthony also checked the electronic air filter in the furnace. Personally, I've had issues with performing this process so I made sure that I asked several pertinent questions. He was more than happy to respond and demonstrate correctly how it's done.

Service technician Michael Toht just completed my spring summer heat pump tune up. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and spent time answering any questions I had. He also went over additional features that are available for my unit such as an ultra violet unit and electronic air cleaning option. He's a good employee and should be commended for his work.

Many thanks to Logan Services & installers, Clay & Griffin who replaced my furnace on 1-05-23. They did a great job & I couldn't have asked for more. We hardly knew they were here & when they left, no clean-up to do they were so careful, drop cloths covering every area, etc. I am most satisfied & will definitely use Logan Services again. My daughter was here & said if she needed such services, she would call Logan. My son, after viewing the completed work, said he would call Logan. This was the most professional service I've had in my lifetime. If I learn of neighbors, or friends in need of your services, I'll definitely recommend they call Logan.

My wife and I had our 25 year old a/c and furnace replaced by Logan Services just yesterday. Kyle Q and Paul showed up on time and worked well together all day. They fully explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. When they were done everything was cleaned up and back in shape . Paul and Kyle explained everything we needed to do with the new systems and were very thorough about explaining the thermostat. Thank you to both of them and to Logan Systems as a whole.

Jeremy did a great job explaining everything and let me know what needed fixed and what really didn’t at this time. He also made sure my current furnace was working properly along with the flue pipe repair. Definitely recommend

I had an AC tune-up and duct cleaning done. Aaron C. and Matt M. did a great job at their respective jobs. Both were on time, answered all my questions and explained everything very well. Would definitely recommend to others.
