Logan was by far the most responsive of the companies we reached out to. Although they weren't the cheapest, we firmly believed we've received the correct and highest quality product for our family. Not only did Zane Pockrandt not PUSH us their direction, he pushed us to do our own research and make our own selections answering questions along the way. Post decision Jared Cloyd couldn't have been more professional on the install. He pushed to get it done in one day despite a few snags, and did just that. We would recommend Logan Services to anyone. Chris H. came out. He was polite and efficient. He noticed that air was escaping through ductwork near the ceiling, so he tightened that up for me. He signed me up for a one-year maintenance plan after explaining the saving benefits. Logan Services has always been a reliable company to work with. I purchased both my furnace and AC units from Logan. I highly recommend their service and equipment sales. Good people!

Patrick is excellent at maintaining our HVAC system. He notifies us if any issue may become a concern. He comes equipped with any parts. He is one of the best technicians we’ve ever had.

After having a surprising amount of trouble getting a quote on a HVAC system, I contacted Logan. They sent someone that day and I had a quote before he left.
Installation was well done, and they cleaned up after themselves.
Even helped me pair my phone to the system and connect it to the internet.

I had a nonworking furnace and air conditioner. Logan services have installed a new two-stage furnace and two stage AC. My experience with them was exceptional. Starting with Brandon coming to give me an estimate and explaining everything in exceptional detail. He answered every question we had and was so helpful in helping us decide what we need for our home. We had a very relaxed interaction that is what people should expect but seldom get. On installation day we were pleased to meet Michael, Ziah and Rico. They showed up on time and spent an entire day making sure every last detail was taken care of and completed a beautiful, excellent installation. Again, such friendly service that left us feeling comfortable and confident with our new system. I would recommend Logan Services and the people whey sent to my home to anyone looking to replace their systems.

Installers Michael/Andrew - they were very professional and did a great job installing our new furnace. They were very thorough with the installation and explanation of our new system. If we ever need to replace our air conditioner, we would request Michael/Andrew as our installers.

We are extremely pleased with our air conditioner and furnace. It has just been installed for a week but I am already noticing less dust and less humidity in my home. Our old unit was installed in 1988 and gave up the ghost. We sought out several estimates on new systems but what sold us completely on Logan A/C & Heat Services was the personal touch. Most companies used email or texts to communicate with us but Logan sent a personal consultant, Zane Pockrandt, who sat in our home (which was quite hot) for over and hour to answer all of our inquiries. Again, quite frankly, that is the main reason we decided to go with Logan A/C.
Logan A/C worked hard to schedule our install quickly and called personally to do so. They communicated every step of the way. The installers Travis Cloyd and his partner arrived promptly and were friendly and quite professional. They explained in detail every step of the install. The installers had to return the next day to finish with our furnace install because of challenges from our old unit. (It was a 1993 model.) They communicated arrival time and were prompt and finished in the time frame they communicated to us. I enjoy the modern thermostat control, my home is so much more comfortable and am hoping to see improved electric usage. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Our experience with Logan was excellent. Our job was not an easy one, requiring all new ductwork through our basement and garage, maneuvering around the garage door and taking up minimal headspac. Chris and Glen figured out a way to get the job done and exceeded our expectations. They truly went above and beyond on getting us the system we wanted. Our installers Davey and his father David were the absolute best though. They were friendly, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I feel very confident with our system because of them! They are very hard workers and made sure the job done was the very best. We truly couldn’t have had better installers. Simply because of them we will continue to call Logan for future services.

Logan Heating and Cooling just installed my furnace. They arrived ahead of time (as requested). Zach & Michael explained their steps, the system and answered all questions. They helped ease stress. I will complete an updated review after a few months but so far -great!
