I can't say enough good things about the two person team of Brian and Tony. Not knowing what to expect, they arrived on time (8 o'lock sharp), were very friendly but professional and extremely conscientious. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I wish I took before and after pictures to post what great work they did. And no, I am not related to them. lol. I highly recommend American Air and will use them on future projects.

This young man arrived at 7:30 am to install my air conditioner, he was alone, he never stopped working all day, he asked where everything was at the beginning and didn't have any other questions, worked quietly and to my view efficiently. He removed everything and replaced items where they belonged and walked me through the unit at the end. He is quite young, but appears very knowledgeable and confident about his work.

We have used American Air Cooling Electric & Plumbing for many years. This was our first time using the plumbing dept. David R. installed a new water heater and worked tirelessly for several hours. He was very kind, professional and careful. He and the gentleman who delivered the heater did a super job with awkward large items. Thanks to one and all.

Everybody was fabulous, including Pam and Amber. We could not recommend your company enough! As per my husband, we had a problem with our heat exchanger. As they didn't have the appropriate model on hand, they loaned us one for a few months without charge. Our new one heats our house so much more quickly and efficiently, and, as I understand, will use less propane. Thanks to all. I would definitely use this company! John and Lauren Carey

AC Installer, Dale Jervis, was wonderful. He spent 12 hours installing our new AC unit by himself because his help did not show. He was very professional, hard working, and friendly.
