Clint came to the house promptly. He assessed the repair of the outside faucet quickly and fixed it efficiently.
He also fixed a leaking faucet. He was polite and professional and shared what he was doing to remedy the problems.
We have used West Jefferson plumbing and HVAC before for an A/C job and found them equally as good.
I would give them my highest recommendation for good honest work.

Trey Mast demonstrates nothing but professionalism as a service technician. He has provided HVAC and plumbing services for my home on two occasions. I highly recommend this company and their quality employees. I only wish Trey would have accepted a tip, he certainly deserved it.

Replaced main valve original to house. From the first call to the final receipt it was a very positive experience. Water company got us shut off early in the day and they were available to move our appointment up. Did a good job quickly in a pleasant and professional manner for a reasonable price.

We were lucky to have Nathan come out. He repaired an outdoor spigot, and also helped repair and navigate a leak on our main line. Pricing was fair and work was excellent. Saved over $600 from another competitor estimate!

When our furnace gave out on one of the coldest days of the year, we called West Jeff and were so happy that they had a repair person out within an hour and it was quickly fixed. The tech was extremely polite and helpful and had our heat working again before noon. Would highly recommend.

I called this morning and the technician was there a couple of hours later installed new shut off valves for my kitchen sink and my dish washer. Very kind young men funny to talk to. These are good people. I would recommend them very highly . This is the third job they have done for me. They installed my furnace a year ago, and my air conditioning unit almost a year ago. My AC was not coming on. I had another company come out to trouble shoot what the problem my be. CWA was the company that sent a technician out to check the unit. They told me the unit needed to be replaced (CWA had installed a new unit in 2013) I was in disbelief. David from West Jefferson HVAC arrived at my house and had my AC up and running in less than an hour, all it needed was a $70.00 part . West Jefferson HVAC will be my go to source from now on!! THANKS TO DAVID

West Jefferson plumbing and heating/cooling just came out to inspect my A/C because it wasn’t cooling effectively. They didn’t try to con me into a whole new unit, were honest, and educated me on their findings. They were on time, respectful, and it was an all around great experience. If anyone is needing any work done, I would highly recommend them!!

Kenny was amazing ! He was timely and very professional. He took care of repairing the leak on my water meter and was quiet and clean. He completed the repair with the least amount of disruption in appliances and cost. I love West Jefferson for this exact reason- they are extremely honest and fair and won’t do anything that doesn’t need done! I won’t have anyone else work on any of my issues !
