So glad to live close by to this business. Our furnace decided to act up and we were able to get same day service. Had to get some parts ordered and they were installed 5 days after initial service. Very professional and friendly service. Brad was awesome 👍👍

The young man "Trey" came to the door masked and distanced appropriately and introduced himself. He was very professional and was honest about the very minor issue I was having with one of our outside airconditioning units. He didn't try to create a problem that wasn't there. Another gentleman showed up a little while later and was also masked and very appropriate. The service was super and the price was reasonable. Thank you West Jefferson Heating & Cooling, I will definitely use you again and recommend you to my friends.

West Jefferson Plumbing was able to resolve several issues from work done by another plumbing company. Larry was professional and able to detect the problems just by listening to our descriptions. It was wonderful to have our problems handled in such a timely manner which also saved us money. I will never go to another plumbing service after experiencing this company's professional and accurate ability to make our repairs.

Very good at coming out quickly! Very friendly and understanding also. In the middle of them putting in a new furnace our gas got shut off and unexpected repairs needed taken care of and they were more than prompt to get that taken care of at the same time. Very happy with the work and technicians. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

This is one of the best teams that has helped me with my home. They were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I put in a heat pump and a new geothermal system with West Jeff. I didn’t feel like they were in a rush. Their focus seems to be just doing a good job. They were considerate of me and my family the whole time. Top marks for this company for sure.

Called WJ Plumbing and Heating at 9:20am. Tech came within 45 minutes. He found the deceased mouse in the heat pump. Cleaned it out and replaced a damaged part. All for a very fair price! Also checked coolant pressures and replaced the air filter (my own).
It's now 10:45am and the job is complete and tech has moved on.

Repaired two bath sink drain pipes in crawl space. Never mentioned the clog in the first drain, and closed the pipe. Failed to install shutoff valve in the line as originally requested by me. Later, I had him return to take anode rod from my water heater. He stripped the nut and told me he would return with the correct wrench. He never did. Today I discovered the clogged line as it ran all over the bathroom. Very disappointed in his service.

Had a hvac and hot water tank installed. 3 tecks showed up at 8 am and was done by 4:30pm. Completely satisfied with the complete of install. Great personalities, great knowledge of there jobs and takes pride in there jobs. I highly recommend this company
