Highly recommend! Our realtor recommended this company. I called about a new furnace and they sent someone out within 2 days. They gave me a professional estimate within 24 hours which was priced 20% lower than the previous quotes I had received. They were able to install the furnace and a new water heater the next day. They were delightful to work with and I would definitely use them again.

Super fast service. We had a hot water heater issue that I called about around 9:30 am. Had a tech out and and repair completed by 12:15. Our tech, Larry, was respectful and knowledgeable; he even threw in some tips on maintaining the water heater. We had them replace a furnace a few years ago, so they were definitely my first choice to call again, as they will be in the future. 10/10

We woke up to a furnace not functioning in 4 degree weather. My husband was able to get it running again but I scheduled through their system to contact us in the morning. Not only did we get several calls but Jason was here before 8:00 and had the furnace repaired before 9:30. We were amazed at the service and speedy repair. We are so impressed we are doing a service agreement on our furnace and air conditioner with this type of reliable professional service how could you go wrong. I am so very happy with the work this company has done at my house. They installed furnace, air conditioner and fixed a leak in a pipe that was very hard to get to. They removed all the old parts and cleaned up their mess. They worked about 6 1/2 hours. I ordered it and they were here the next day. Thank you West Jefferson plumbing and heating!

My furnace died during the worst possible time during a heavy ice/snow storm. WJ Plumbing and Heating was at my house with in two hours of my call and diagnosed the issue with the furnace. The furnace needed replaced and they installed a new one as soon as they could.
They kept me up to date via text message when their technician was on the way.
They were very professional and offered tips to keep the house warm while awaiting a replacement furnace.
They did a great job and cleaned everything up before they left.

I previously had this company replace old cast iron with PVC and replace a toilet. Loved their work then.

Today, I had them out to fix a discharge issue in which I thought I knew the problem. The tech came out and fixed the real problem at a cost a lot lower than I was anticipating. He met with my girlfriend and was very courteous and explanatory with her which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend this company.

Before the business was even open I called and left a message that my air conditioning was not working. I was looking for a company to repair it ASAP because family was arriving from out of state later that afternoon. This company responded immediately! They got my AC fixed by 1030 giving my house plenty of time to cool down! I appreciate the great customer service from the receptionist to the technician! Great Job!

I used West Jeff when I remodeled homes. They have also helped me out on other projects over the years. They are responsive and strait forward. Ivan and his team do not participate in the high pressure scare tactics so common with the HVAC industry. They do what they say and represent and provide a good value.

I had a new dishwasher,garbage disposer and kitchen faucet installed. The tech was prompt,professional and very thorough through the whole process. Installation went great and he cleaned up when finished. Very personable and knowledgeable.
