I can't say enough about West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating. They were fantastic in solving my water problems. I knew exactly when they were going to arrive because of their notification and tracking system. They were very professional in their communication with me every step of the way. From the installation of a well pressure tank and switch, to the installation of a new iron filter and twin tank water softener, nothing could have been better. Noah had a wealth of knowledge and experience to solve my water pressure problem, and Anthony led the charge with his coworkers in getting my old water softener removed and my new one installed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services. Top notch!

We had several estimates, and West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating was not only the least expensive, but their work was top notch. They were done within several hours of arriving, and installed a new high-efficiency furnace and high-efficiency air conditioner. Very professional, very efficient. We could not be happier with their service.

Warning!!! We had West Jeff come out to do a routine air conditioner maintenance. Our air conditioner (confirmed by 2 other hvac companies was only 8 years old) was working just fine before the appointment. The tech told me it was a little low on Freon and he would add some. I agreed to that. An hour and 45 minutes later it sounded like someone was starting a lawn mower up in my house. The tech came back and confirmed a coil had burst and we now needed a new air conditioner. The tech said he needed to call the office to figure out the next steps but instead of updating me, he jumped in his truck and left leaving me with a broken air conditioner and no answers. We had 2 other companies come out for quotes. Both companies confirmed the tech was negligent to not check for or secure the leaks (I also have an email after he left the first time that confirms he did not check for leaks) He then added too much freon which caused the rupture. West Jeff offered us $1000 credit to a new air conditioner which still left us $2,600 out of pocket which is not even close to making us whole for their tech’s negligence. Our air conditioner probably still had years left in its life. We called them to do a maintenance to avoid a situation like this and we still ended up with a broken ac. Mistakes happen, but to leave us with an unexpected $2,600 out of pocket isn’t right. We took our business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.

Arrived when scheduled and got right to work. Took out old hot water heater and put in new. Tested water throughout the house. Cleaned up any mess. Pleasant to talk with. Explained and demonstrated to me how to drain some water out on a regular basis using the old hot water heater valve. Now I really know what to do. Many thanks for that!!

I have used West Jeff heating and plumbing for plumbing repairs and water heater replacement and just recently A/C work and I have never had an issue with them. Service is great and prices seem fair to me. I would not hesitate to use them for any issues I have!

The entire process of replacing our heating and cooling systems was made easy by Ivan and his installation crew. On a recommendation from my neighbor, who was very pleased with their work and pricing, I chose West Jeff as one of the bids for the job. The price was significantly lower than the competition, which concerned me at first, but they provide Lenox systems which are top rated by Consumer Reports. Turns out there we no negative surprises. Every step from model selection to price points were clearly explained by Ivan with no up-sale pressure. He even advised how we could same money by keeping components from our previous system that were in great condition like the HEPA filter and humidifier. The installation crew was knowledgeable, courteous, and completed the job in a timely and careful manner. I especially liked their follow up with registration (which extends warranties) and rebate paperwork! They have my highest recommendation for what an HAVAC company should be! Well done guys.

Our kitchen sink clogged on a Sunday night and we thought our disposal just finally died. Monday morning I called the plumber we’ve used previously and they couldn’t fit us in for 8 days. I had heard great things about West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating so I decided to call and see if they could get me in sooner. The man who answered the phone was amazing and said he could get me in the next afternoon! Samuel called and said he had a cancellation and asked if he could come earlier in the day! Samuel was very courteous and professional and was able to install the new disposal and determine the clog was much farther down and was able to clear it. Overall, I am very pleased with the service from West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating and will definitely use their services again and recommend them to everyone!

I called at 7:45am and my furnace was fixed and running by 9:30am that same day. The tech diagnosed the problem very quickly and had the replacement part on the truck. I've always had a good experience with West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
