Have used West Jeff plumbing for A/C installation in the past and recently hired them for a hot water heater install. Price quoted was very fair and the repair came in at the estimate. Tech was very professional and deliberate in his work. Thank you very much!

It started with an AC repair that got me through a few 90+ degree days and ended with a replacement of my entire 20 year old system. 100% no issues. I went out to several companies for quotes and some have yet to even give me a callback. A couple were absolutely rediculous. This company answered the phone....2nd ring! Service the next day. Ordered a replacement system and it was installed within the same week. Great Company. Great People. Great Pricing. I am definitely a customer from now on.

Additionally, I had some plumbing work needed. The exact same type of fair, on-time service. I added many things on the fly and all were handles perfectly. Another great employee met. He tackled all needs and more. He is 7 for 7. He'll know what that means.

All in all, many years and many homes, if I have a future need for plumbing or HVAC, I will only call West Jefferson. I recommend them 100% and I had no issues in any area! Keep up the great work!

I can't say enough good things about Nathan, who came promptly today to replace my garbage disposal, and also fix an outdoor faucet/shut off valve leak in my 1950s home that has been a problem that another company tried twice to fix without success. Nathan was so professional, skilled, and neat! He took time to listen to my concerns, yet completed all of the tasks at hand in expedient fashion with the competency that only comes with years of experience. I especially appreciated the photos I was emailed to document the work project. I have been a loyal customer to another company in town for several decades, but my experience with West Jefferson today was truly superior, so I am switching my loyalty to them from here on out! I have peace of mind now, which is invaluable to me as a customer.

Our AC went out 6/13/22, at 5pm..Called WestJeff Pluming &Heating the next morning at 7:30 am..I knew we needed a new unit. Ivan came out at 10:30 am. Gave the estimate. The price was great, $1000 less than previous company. Ivan stated he could install that afternoon. Travis & Robert arrived at 12:45pm , Our new A/C was installed by 3:30. WHAT SERVICE!!!! We are forever grateful for West Jeff pluming, and we will spread the word to all our friends and family...Oh did I mention it was during our 1st 90 degree days. Just a great company great people and great service...Thanks again !!!

My furnace would not fire up on a test run for cooler days. One local company sent two techs who diagnosed I needed to replace 2 pressure switches on my 17 year old furnace. Of course I debated total replacement due to age.

I called West Jeff for a second opinion. Within an hour the furnace was running. Some varmint or creature had built a nest in my flue. Thank goodness for operational pressure switches and Chris from West Jeff.

Another 5 star service call and new product installation by West Jefferson Plumbing & Heating. Fast turnaround time for a call for service to the appointment. Tech arrived on time, polite, courteous and performed a neat and clean installation. Great company.

I've used West Jeff heating and plumbing about four times once was for plumbing haven't had a problem since.

The other three times for my AC last year was never resolved I've had someone come out and charge me $220 the last time just to look at it they never ordered the equipment I needed they never gave me my quote for my new AC I was very interested in and when I called to complain they didn't even have my information in the system. All it showed was that someone came out so I got charged $220 for no reason and my AC is still broken I do not recommend this place feel like they are scam artists.

West Jeff Plumbing has saved the day for me on several occasions. Larry was nothing short of amazing today. He arrived early, and got right to work. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process and made recommendations to help me avoid future problems. All around great guy and great company! Highly recommend. Fast, affordable and great work.

Our downstairs half bath sink developed a large chip. I saved the old sink from our upstairs renovation to use to replace the downstairs sink, but got cold feet about doing it myself when I saw some of the corrosion and mineral build-up on the 28 year old plumbing. I assumed that the downstairs sink plumbing would be in a similar condition. Nathan replaced the downstairs sink with the one I saved and pulled a "squirrel" out of the plumbing, (26 years of daughters letting their brushed hair rinse down the drain.) He also reshaped the copper water lines to fit the different configuration of the downstairs plumbing. I would have bought flexible lines that wouldn't have fit, then likely would have crimped the copper lines trying to do the same. Nathan was professional, on time, and knowledgeable. He did what would have been incredibly frustrating to me and in a fraction of the time. Well worth the very reasonable charge!
