I have used West Jeff Plumbing & Heating twice now once for new furnace/AC and another to test and repair some gas leaks and remove some old lines and the service just can not be beat! Reasonably priced, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly! I won’t ever use another company and I always recommend them to everyone I know in need of HVAC or plumbing services!

West Jeff has had our business for 6 years. We have a larger home and a new build. They have always been fair, honest and professional. Very grateful that they own up to that reputation. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

We were without water after hours so I called at 730 am the next morning and was able to be scheduled that afternoon. Noah arrive on time and inspected the whole system to verify what was needed. He explained that the well pump needed to be replaced. Noah informed me that there may be a 1 in 20 chance that the old pump would not be able to be removed to install a new one. Of note my home is 102 yrs old. Noah called in a helper, Kenny who climbed in the pit and pulled out the old well pump. They worked in the cold winds and the installation and entire job took less than 3 hours. I hire West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating for all my home's needs as they are reliable, with a reasonable cost, efficient, hard workers, do excellent work and are respectful of my property. They do what they say they will do, there are no hidden agendas or increased costs or sales pitches.

Called so many companies and few had experience with geo thermal heating! They came and resolved my issue. My tenant is happy, which means I’m happy!

Nathan at West Jefferson Plumbing and Heating recently came to replace my sump pump and back-up system. .. I would give the project a solid 5 stars and two thumbs up. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he took the time to explain how it worked and how to maintain it. No more fussing around with problems and repairs every spring. This new system will only require some minor maintenance and it will last for many years to come.

We had WJPH install a tankless water heater to replace our standard tank style. Kenny was very professional, took extra care to ensure the lines (gas and water) were installed cleanly and as discreet as possible since he was aware we were finishing off the basement soon after. The end product looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommended and will utilize again
