Simply the best!. My A/C stopped working during last week, when the avg. temp exceeded 90 degrees. I called on a Wednesday, and Dave was dispatched to my home Friday. Within 20 minutes, Dave identified the problem, blown capacitor, and had it removed, and replaced within 15 minutes. Nothing negative to report. Small company, low overhead, equals low prices. I called three competitors and did not receive a straight answer regarding appointment time, or service call cost. Clingman charged a service call fee and the fee went towards repair work. This was not the case with the three competitors. I am very happy with this company. Give them a call and let them put a smile on your face! Great job!!

After another more well known name came for a tech visit (and left us to roast in record temps) and told us our unit was beyond repair, Clingman quickly resolved our issue and got us up and running again. We have been looking for an honest and reliable HVAC person since moving to Columbus and finally have found one. He will be our first call going forward and I recommend you do the same!

My furnace went on the fritz at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. I called Clingman, at the recommendation of my BIL - figuring it would be Monday or astronomically high weekend rates. Both presumptions were wrong. Dave, a technician, called me on Friday evening to schedule an early Saturday appointment - he arrived at 8:30 am - within 10 min diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned later in the afternoon to get my unit back up and running. Install was within 10 min. Very fair prices, knowledgeable (and clearly explained the issue), very professional and kind customer service. I highly recommend Clingman, and will definitely use again…if needed!

Clingman came out in the middle of a snow storm and freezing weather when my furnace went out. No other places would come out for a “new customer emergency service” and he was able to get to me within 2hrs and fixed the issue. His prices were completely reasonable didn’t take advantage of the situation we were in. Highly recommend!

They were out within 3 hours of my call. They were fast responsive, did not upsell, looked over the furnace and let me know it was still in good shape. Replaced an inducer motor, and couldn't be happier. Technician was prompt, picked up the part after diagnosis and the price was very fair. I would recommend Rich and his team to anyone.

If your own dad owned a heating & cooling company, you still couldn’t get better service. I was a first-time customer, calling over a holiday weekend, to get a second opinion on A/C service after the “big A-B guys” told me we needed to replace our entire system. They sent someone over that same day (everyone else was either booked a week or more out, or wouldn’t even take calls), and were able to fix the problem without even hinting at an up-sell. They turned a $6k, two-week problem into a $200, same-day solution. Highest possible recommendation.
