The plumber did a great job, quick and efficient. However we had to have a second visit from the wrong level of provider before we received the plumber visit that we requested initially. Otherwise our plumber experience was excellent.

Jason was the point man for Summers. Made a great presentation on new furnace and A/C unit. No BS, and straight to the point. Was not the cheapest estimate but felt very comfortably with their presentation and install crew was simply great. Would recommend them to anyone.

First visit was perfect. Very courteous and professional. No cheap sales tactics or nonsense to deal with. Not the cheapest but you are paying for quality and future/referred business. Highly recommend.

When a tree company dumped a hunk of tree on our power line, they blew out the AC and Furnace. Summers was out the very next day because it was 95°+ in the middle of summer and we didn’t have AC. Caleb came out and explained basically the most important parts had to be replaced; he ordered the part and called a week later when they’d gotten it and came out to install it that evening. He explained everything, serviced the AC unit and even helped look at airflow issues we were having with the AC and successfully helped us fix them in the same appointment!

He even gave us his contact info and when something else happened he came back out the next day to see how to fix the problem.

Excellent service; the monthly plan is so worth it and we won’t use someone else with how great they have been!

Caleb did a great job explaining what he did and any notable issues with my furnace inspection which took about an hour. Fortunately nothing is wrong with my furnace for now. I went with the yearly maintenance program which saved me some $$ since i was going to get my AC inspected in the spring. I've used Summers about 6 years ago for an AC install and was pleased then. Overall very satisfied and recommend.

Jason was first class & very professional & "down to earth", explaining the quote for a new HVAC system & educating us as to all the " how's & why's" of the costs that are involved on an easy to understand level & what to look for if we were to get quotes from other companies to make a fair comparison. My heatpump went out Caleb Salisbury was quickly dispatched to service it. He was extremely knowledgeable, finding the problem right away. He was attentive courteous, and ensured I fully understood the work that needed to be done. He hand the house warm within 30min. This was a great experience.

Picked Summers to help me with a sewer drain problem in my home. I picked them because they have done good work for me commercially with our HVAC system. They did a great job for me with my plumbing issue at home, and were friendly a professional.
