Josh and Matt provided excellent service. They came out to diagnose a problem, which led to us getting a new water heater. They explained everything so clearly and provided us with the information to make the best choice in the situation. They were incredibly respectful and professional. We would highly recommend!

Had water pressure issues and with a few diagnosed possibility's they guided me to the cheaper option so I headed to lows got what I needed and it cost me $22. Their diagnostic charge is $99 which I feel is very reasonable. They where here on time and I received text messages updates with time of arrival and when the technician was on his way plus his name . Very cool and the technician was very professional. I would absolutely recommend them for all your plumbing/hvac needs…….

Technician did a good job but I didn’t appreciate the way Summers tried to sell me a service plan. Only asked to have refrigerant leak checked out and added as necessary. Without buying their plan the charge for a couple hours of work was over 1000 dollars. The tech checked with his boss about the price but to no avail. I won’t be using them again any time soon.

Had our furnace and thermostat replaced in Feb 2023 by them. They came back 3 weeks ago and checked our ac. replaced a switch for about $300ish, went to use ac a week later and it didn't work. They came back said I had a bare wire and it would be $1200. I asked why it wasn't caught during the original inspection? Said he didn't know but would only charge $605, I should have known something was up when the tech mentioned TWICE about the "next" time they come.....later that night noticed ac would not turn off unless I turned it off at the fuse box. We called another company for a second opinion. The wire they replaced wasn't done correctly and there was a screw going through the wiring for the thermostat. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SUMMERS PLUMBING HEATING AND COOLING TO ANYONE. I believe their focus is how much money they can con you out of for inferior work.

Patrick came out to our house today to do a plumbing inspection and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was professional, explained everything in great detail, and went the extra mile to ensure all of our questions were answered. Summers is lucky to have Patrick on their team. We are once again so impressed with their customer service & great employees - highly recommend!

Called Summers for a busted pipe in early Spring. Came out right away, fixed the issue and told me about their membership program that included a home plumbing inspection and HVAC maintenance. Well worth it, they've always been on time and professional, and have caught a couple of things that I can have fixed now that would've cost me in the future. Highly recommended.

So awesome, showed up on time, loved that they messaged me when the service provider was on his way. additionally, the provider was super fast and was able to pinpoint the issue with our water tank and no water pressure. Super quick definitely reasonably priced. Thank you so much. Will definitely use again if needed.
