We are on the yearly maintenance plan and are very satisfied with the service. Had our hot water tank flushed and pop up drains replaced. They answered our extensive list of questions thoroughly and knew the latest information for the plumbing industry. Being in Brownsburg, we know we can count on them to quickly respond since we live in Avon. Have worked with 3 other companies, and we're impressed with Summers staff more than the others. Also appreciate them being respectful of our property.

Jimmy came to our house to help us out with an AC issue. He took excellent care of us and treated us as if we were his own family. We are grateful Summers was able to help us out so quickly.

We are on a service contract with Summers. They inspect everything throughout the year. They have also replaced our HVAC system, water heater, faucets, and many other repairs to our 50+ year old home including they installed gas logs in our fire place. They are always professional, thorough with the inspections, knowledgeable, and just kind people from technicians to the office staff. Highly recommend!!

Jeremy did a great job and completed a water heater replacement the same day we called. He gave us different options and thorough explanations. Customer service at its finest!

Had water heater flush and the team arrived as scheduled, explained everything in detail, did the work that was requested and they were very pleasant to do business with. Definitely will use Summers again for any hvac or plumbing repair or maintenance.

A great experience as always. Our tech (Silas?) was friendly, super respectful, knowledgeable — all the things you hope for. We did do a minor “fix” he suggested, but I want to stress that it did not feel like a sales pitch. He discussed the issue with me, showed me the reading, and we talked through possible outcomes if we did or did not do the replacement. Ultimately, we listened to his suggestion and are happy we did. 10/10 service, as always!

I've used Summers a decent amount, and they have always been pretty helpful. Never felt cheated by them at all. But the last appointment I had, was different. I forget the technicians name, but he was a shorter guy with a grey beard. I was inquiring on how much it would be to move my washer and dryer a few feet. Didn't expect much from it, but he seemed right off the bat that he didn't care nor wanted to do it. Quickly told me all the reasons he wouldn't do it "if he was me". Then quoted me over 1,500 dollars to move it with absolutely no explanation of what those costs would go towards. I got the vibe he was putting off and told him I was okay on that.
