Jesse and Jon rock. They installed a new furnace and ac unit for me today. On time, price was great and they were professional. They had everything installed and blowing cold in under 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up and put by the curb where it was promptly picked up by their clean up professionals about an hour after they left. These reviews about Jesse cannot be about the guy I met, it has be to about the home warranties people are sold. I was sold one and was screwed over. Luckily that’s how I came into a great company like dynasty. I explained everything to him and he advised me of what to do and what to buy. Guy knows his stuff.

They repaired my AC last year when I had a leak. Instead of repairing as he said, they taped and zip tied the line as a quick fix. I will be contacting the BBB as they were the last company to fix my ac.

The company was called out by my home warranty company to service my A/C unit. When I believe Jeff/ Jess arrived my daughter was at the home and I spoke with him over the phone. I asked him if once he was done with the current issue if he could install a google thermostat that I had purchased? He said yes it would be $100. I said ok can you place the thermostat you are removing into my attic area. He said yes. I paid him a total of $175 which was the fee from my warranty company and what he was charging to install the thermostat. My husband and I left to go on vacation the next morning. My daughter called me while on vacation and said the house still had not cooled off. When I spoke to my daughter she stated that all he had done was changed the thermostat and not addressed the problem he was called out for. So, I then tried calling his cell phone to see if he would come back out. No answer. I then went back on my home warranty site and put in a duplicate request because the problem had not been resolved. He comes back out and now tells me that I have a different issue and wanted to charge me another $75 because he coded it as my thermostat was messed up. I advised him that I was not going to pay again after the issue was never fixed. Needless to say my air was so called “fixed now” that he came back the second time.
He called the warranty company and I called them as well. I was advised that they would waive the fee and we could move on. The next day I start receiving threatening phone calls from him stating that he was going to give me until the end of the week to pay the $75 or he was going to file for a lien on my house or he was going to come take the parts off my house.
I had to call the warranty company again to advise that I was being threatened and also get my husband involved because he was trying to take advantage of me being a female.
Needless to say the warranty company said that he had no business contacting me and should have let them handle it and they were going to put in a complaint about his professionalism and the threats.
This company is trash!!!!

Jesse was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with my entire hvac system within minutes of working on it and fixed the problem immediately. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone I know needing help in this area. He was very personable and had everything needed to make the fixes on hand.

Jesse is fabulous. Installed a AC unit for us and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend him. I agree with what someone else said about the bad reviews. They must be about their warranty company, not Jesse. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Will certainly call them again!

My air conditioner was not working very well ! We had Jesse come check it out and it was running ice cold within an hour ! Dynasty knows what they're doing, very knowledgeable ! We didn't go through a home warranty company so I can only imagine the issues people have would be with their warranty company. We had no issues and everything is running great !! Thanks :)

I came into contact with Dynasty Heating and Cooling through our home warranty company. When our heat pump started acting up I called them and we started a run around that lasted three weeks. They were fairly quick to come out the first time because per our warranty I had to pay Dynasty a $100 service fee at the time of "service." Jake was there a whole 10 minuets before he came to the conclusion that the problem was with our breaker box and said we needed to call an electrician. We did so and an electrician was out the very next day. He was there for a little over an hour testing the electrical side of things and found nothing wrong. Jake had mentioned we needed a 30 amp breaker even though the heat pump called for a 25. The electrician agreed with the manufacturer and said that would be a bad idea. I called Dynasty back but this time it took them the better part of a week to get out to us. This time Jake brought another gentleman with him and they were there for a total of 15 minuets before saying that there was nothing wrong with the heat pump and that we needed to have an electrician put in a 30 amp breaker. Frustrated I called them back a few days later and they wouldn't answer my calls for several days. They said that at this point I needed to call or warranty company again, open a new claim and pay them another $100 service fee because this time it was a separate issue. I told him I would call them again but this time I would ask them to send another vendor. The man I talked to on the phone started to raise his voice and acted rather unprofessionally. It's clear to me that he has no pride in his work and from such a new company if they keep this up I don't see them staying in business much longer. Long story short we are working wit another heating and cooling company, they found the issue (electrical whip shorting out) and are set to replace the part tomorrow. If you too have a home warranty and the company sends Dynasty out all you have to do is request another vendor. Dynasty will give you nothing but a headache and a hot house. I hope this review was helpful.

Have not received a bill for my ac (that isn't even working). As well as threatened to put a lean on our property for not making a payment for service that doesn't work. This business is shadier than slim shady himself.

Jesse came out to via my home warranty company to find out why my air was not working. No compressor or capacitor was checked to see if they were faulty. He just took off the cover of the indoor unit and said some screw underneath the safety button was the cause and it had turned my system off. In all my years of owning a home, this nonsense was the first. My air stopped working 72 hours after he "supposedly" fixed the problem. Reported back to my home warranty. He was to come back today 8/31/18 between 3-6pm per our phone conversation at 8:07am on 8/31/18. I should have figured he was not coming back since he could not find my invoice from 8/27/18. He did not call nor come back. He took my $100 and I got nothing in return. Stay away from this company and their bad business practices.

Completely agree with Marc B's review. Jesse and Jon are the best. Came home to my 75-year-old mother sitting in a 83-degree heat soaked humid house over the Fourth of July weekend. She loves it warm, but it was obviously way too warm. I have no idea how long she had been without AC. I called One Hour (who we had a contract with - nearly $80 a month for maintenance) and they said they would not be able to get anyone out until the middle of the following week. This was all on July 3. I couldn't get anyone from the Indianapolis office and kept getting sent to a Call Center in the Philippines. I get that it's a holiday week but that's ridiculous. So my trip home was basically ruined. Oh, but wait! It gets better. Dynasty was sent out as subcontractors to fix the system and they said that the filter hadn't been changed in five years! Which caused the compressor and the THX valve to fail. Dial One also left a panel off the upstairs AC so it wasn't working properly either. And this was with Dial One coming out fall and spring like clockwork. Jesse was beside himself with how my mother had been treated. So in a way, I guess it was good that our system kaput or otherwise I would have never known what terrible customer service my mother was getting from Dial One. And I wouldn't have met Jesse. Now I have someone I can call locally who will get right over and take care of my mother. They came out three days in a row (Friday, Saturday and SUNDAY!) and worked for hours in the boiling heat to try and make things right. Just canceled my policy with Dial One because they refuse to reimburse us for any of it, even though they weren't doing the maintenance. Hope Dynasty stays in business for decades to come . . . because they have a devoted customer in me.
