A Perfect Climate Heating & Cooling

Called cuz my thermostat broke and the new one i bought wasnt working. He walked me thru steps over the fone i could do to find the problem and we did, was just one bad wire and we switched it with one that wasnt being used and got my system to work again. he was good and patient with me cuz i really am not familiar with hvac. Happy i called others were a day or two out and we got it done same day. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Sean and his team installed our new heater and AC back in June. We've had to call them back twice for minor issues since then, but both times they have been responsive, quick, and helpful to fix even another problem that wasn't caused by them. Same day service and great professionalism. Highly recommend!

I was without heat for 4 days over Christmas and was desperately trying to get help. When I spoke with A Perfect Climate they were out at all hours helping others but made a point to call me back right away and suggest what they thought the issue might be and they were right!! Thankfully I was able to share the info and get the issue fixed. Would highly recommend this team as they will do a great job from install to completion

Such a great company. We bought our system from them years ago and responds with great urgency and does great work. I had my system go out upstairs last night at 11:30 and they responded to my text and told me how to fix it myself instead of waiting until the morning! They still called and told me that if I still needed help they would be right over! The owner, Sean Bryk, is Uber responsive and helped me personally while he was on vacation! Old fashioned customer service like you don’t expect anymore. Highly recommend.

A perfect climate was highly recommended by a friend/neighbor. Sean was very professional and speedy with his communications. A perfect climate had the most competitive prices of the three estimates for replacing our furnace. Sean was very knowledgeable and fair when answering questions, he did not try to upsell or pressure us to get unnecessary equipment. Sean and his team are excellent! I am severely immuno-compromised and every time we’ve had to have them out to work on our 1920’s bungalow they have gone above and beyond to ensure my safety! Their work is fantastic and their communication with me has been top notch. I love that we are able to support a smaller locally owned business who pride themselves in family values, honesty and integrity. That is such a rare quality to find these days and something as a customer I appreciate! Sean and his team are amazing. They are virtually always available to help both answer questions and do any repair work. I've had them work on my system a few times for different issues. Each time the work was completed promptly and my AC worked far better after. They are great at breaking down the cost of the work being completed and helped me understand exactly what the issues are. At some point in the not to distant future I will more than likely need an entire near HVAC system and I will without a doubt be hiring them to complete the work. In the meantime they will continue to be my regular maintenance guys to both repair and maintain my current system.

Sean did an amazing job diagnosing my issue in a very timely manner. He was professional and showed me things about my system I didn’t know, we have had other companies that came out that didn’t explain to me how my heat pump system worked. Would recommend this company to anybody.
