A Perfect Climate Heating & Cooling

James was fantastic. Great personality and eased my stress. He was professional and found the issue with my ac unit quickly and serviced the problem after explaining the issue. He also did not push services down my throat but informed me of things to look out for in the future and cost estimates that were helpful. I would def recommend A Perfect Climate for AC service and ask for James!

We were impressed with Perfect Climate from the get go. When Sean came out to do the quote for a new heat pump, he was very straight forward, honest, and told us what to expect. On top of that, he was very personable which made us feel like actual people instead of just a dollar sign. The technicians that installed the heat pump were very professional and polite. Once everything was done, they explained it all to us. Truly appreciate their work! Would recommend them always! I hope we don't need their services for a while but they'll be the ones we call from now on!

Adding HVAC to a 1905 farm house, was going to take the right company. The owner himself, came out to quote. Very professional. Was able to have the quote over with in a short amount of time. Also explained everything in layman terms. I highly recommend this family owned business!

Mike did a great job and was very affordable. Tbh I was initially a bit irritated with being over an hour late and that I had to call to get an update on arrival. That being said , the service was very good and I was very happy with the result.
Edit: (June 12, 5:35PM) Staff took great effort to reach out to me after this review and we realized there was a bit of a mis-fire on communication. Please know, I was very impressed with the quality of their work and will certainly use them again in the future!

I had a wonderful experience with A Perfect Climate. Sean and Ellen are such kind and attentive owners, and James, the technician, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly on time and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend A Perfect Climate to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Sean and the entire team were great to work with. Sean was honest and respectful and listened to my needs and suggested the right system for my needs and within my budget. I alway appreciate feeling like I can trust a service provider and I certainly did.

Sean even dropped off a CO detector to me before coming for an estimate on a new system, to make sure I was safe before he could come out to examine the furnace. He actually left it for me to have even after the installation as a gift saying every home should have one.

Next day appointment was nice. James, the technician, was actually early for the appointment, instead of me having to wait for him during that 2 hour appointment window. James was courtesy, knowledgeable, and ensured the job was done right. Was willing to explain to me about the ends and out of my A/C unit and what the proper maintenance schedule should be. Highly recommend A Perfect Climate heating and cooling for all your HVAC needs.

Our furnace heat exchanger cracked during January and we were not able to run the system without risk of CO2 poisoning. With a 1-year-old I did not want to run the risk even with CO2 detectors. They lent us some space heaters to keep our house warm while we worked on getting quotes and our furnace replaced.

They were very professional, knowledgeable and genuine just cared. They didn't try to pressure us into purchasing X system or doing something before we were ready. Something that you do not see very often in today business world.

This is my third year with this company and I couldn’t be happier! They replaced our A/C and furnace during our first year after buying our home. It was our first big purchase and it was a huge stressor for us but they helped make the process as smooth as possible and followed up with all of my concerns to make sure it was functioning the way it was supposed to. Every year they come out and do a spring/winter tune up which gives me some peace of mind for the weather change. I’m really glad I found this company!

We wanted to post a shout out for A Perfect Climate Heating & Cooling. (Owner: Sean Bryk) We have used this company for nearly 10 years now and they have always been great. In the past they have installed both AC and furnace, gave us great prices, great service, honored their warranties on the one occasion we had a problem, and respected the precautions we ask them to take for my wife's allergies. We just recently had some AC work done by Logan (Seans son) and they were great again as always.
