Complete Comfort Heating Air Plumbing

Wanted to stop here and give Andrew Maze a wonderful compliment on his outstanding work in facilitating running diagnostics on my A/C unit with my home warranty representatives. Andrew was very informing on issues with my A/C unit and went above and beyond in helping send me photos and explain all parts names with estimates of expected costs. Above all he did not stop until the right job was done and that I felt I had every question answered. Big shout out to him and a thank you!

Zach and Cam did great for us! They made any modifications needed and got our new system running. Polite and courteous! Made sure we understood everything before they left.

Ryan and Brennan were great! I had an issue with my water shut off valve breaking and they fixed it easily and quickly! Any questions I had they answered and were super helpful. They showed up on time and gave me a large notice as well to when they would show up.

I have attached two photos as well, one before and one after the repair. Looks much better and actually functions now! Thanks again Ryan and Brennan!

Edit: Ryan came back the following Monday to fix a small leak that was assumingly caused by the pipes getting moved. He fixed it quickly and was very helpful. He really earned the 5-star review

We recently asked Lily, at Complete Comfort, questions about their services and she was most pleasant, helpful and informative. We were also very pleased with Ryan, who came to speak with us regarding a service we're considering. We were most pleased with his explanation of what work would be done, his professional demeanor and appearance, and his patience and knowledge in answering our questions.

1.26.2023 This is a follow up to earlier good review--
Ryan C. (different Ryan this time, but both get our absolute approval) came this morning and completed installation of water conditioning equipment efficiently and neatly. We appreciated his being thorough in communicating his arrival time, his demeanor and disposition, and the skill with which he finished the work we commissioned. Lily C, once again, kept us informed prior to the appointment and was gracious in answering questions beforehand, and in providing additional information about the equipment and procedure when we asked. We can confidently recommend Complete Comfort and affirm that we are most pleased with our entire experience with them.

Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He was also patient with my curious 2 year old which I very much appreciated. Will definitely be using Complete Comfort again!

Ryan C is incompetent I was charged $694.95 for a sediment clean out and copper pipes for my water heater I was told to wait 1 1/2 hours for the hot water to build up I called them back because I still had no hot water they came back out and then told me I need a new water heater…total rip off!! Of course if I brought a new water heater the installation, parts and labor would now be $1500+ and this is professional service?

Ryan C. and Ryan M. both came out for this issue. Both guys are professional and all around awesome. I have used Complete Comfort for years for furnace, A/C and plumbing and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. Their customer service and amazing techs keep me coming back.

Austin and Sean were awesome! Very professional and did excellent work. They were very communicative during the process as well. I’d highly recommend.

Blake was very professional. He explained what needed to be fixed and went to work on our issue. We are satisfied with his work. If needed, will request him for any other work.

Three gentlemen arrived on time and went right to work. The removed my old HVAC unit and installed a high efficiency unit.
They made a big mess but when they were done everything was cleaned up like they weren't even here.
Great product at a great price with very professional and respectful installers.
I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for all my HVAC needs.
