After misdiagnosing the initial problem with my air conditioner in May 2021, I had to call them back for the same issue less than a month after the "repair". I had already spent close to $500 at this point and there was no troubleshooting they just added Freon without examining the unit. The new tech assessed the unit needed to be replaced and couldn't believe the previous tech didn't flush the system and decided to fill the old unit up with 4 gallons of super expensive Freon. I spoke to the manager Robert and he seemed dismissive and condescending when I asked about this. He had the same poor attitude when requesting the close to $1000 payment in advance for the replacement, via the phone, prior to scheduling or performing the service. He basically chastised me and accused me of trying to skip out on payment. What he may have sensed was my reluctance to trust his company's word considering the previous service rendered. I wanted desperately to use a different company for the second repair but unfortunately I was stuck because I used my home warranty company who did not provide an alternative. Never would I ever wish this kind of service on anyone.
Furnace shut down and wouldn’t work, they came over within 4 hrs and cleaned furnace. It works no problem and cost was minimum! Had several friends use them since.
Long time customer and have nothing but good things to say about Classic Comfort. They kept our old furnace running until we needed a new one and then installed a new furnace and air conditioner, new plumbing in the basement and bathrooms, new water heaters etc..
