Not only did they come out on a holiday(July 4th) but came out within an hour of me contacting them. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Carl was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I have to say Carl's Heating and cooling is a class act family owned company. They diagnosed my system quickly and had honest, fair priced solutions. On install day they were prompt efficient and prepared. For any Heating and cooling needs I would call Carls for a fair honest service call, the enitre family is great to work with. I called Carl’s to come out and give me an estimate for a new HVAC system. I knew that the main board was bad, but was told by other companies that a board may not fix the problem. They suggested that I replace the AC and furnace. Carl’s said that I didn’t need a new furnace, and replaced the board and thermostat for a very fair price. So far so good. I highly recommend this company.

Carl's Heating & Cooling is very dependable and provided excellent HVAC replacement work. The unit the installed is American Standard brand and they quoted price lower than other quotes I got. Carl and his crew finished work on time and with good installation quality. I highly recommend their service.

I had heard good things about Carl's Heating and Cooling from several people and decided to give them a try with maintenance on my old system. They spent more time and did more work than the other company I had used. They "really" looked at my system.

When it was time to replace my HVAC system and after much research I chose Carl's to do the installation and I couldn't be happier! Carl and his sons were friendly, polite and kept everything neat and tidy the two days they were here. My dog liked them so we know they are good people!

I had them remove my existing HVAC out of the tiny laundry room and install the new system in the garage on the other side of the wall. We were afraid that the ducting would still be an issue taking up space in the laundry, but Carl worked his magic only needing to use a little space and it looks good too!

It's been two months since the install and everything is running great and the house is much more comfortable.
