We are always pleased with Excel Heating & Air Conditioning. Their bi-annual service to check A/C and Heating insures proper maintenance on our system. They were able to replace a sensor and ignitor for us to prevent any issues throughout the winter. Very pleased and will continue to use them.

I wrote similar review on their web site you can read there, but wanted also to tell our story on Google. After speaking with several builders, one name kept coming up - Excel Heating and Cooling. I was told they are the best in Indy and my experience substantiates what I had heard. We had them rework our HVAC, zone the basement, install humidifier and dehumidifiers and more. I was tired of problems from improper humidity in the house and poor install from another company, plus wanted some upgrades. They delivered with unbelievable expertise and professionalism; superb customer experience and at a reasonable cost. We are finally comfortable in our house and with peace of mind it was all done right! I cant recommend Excel enough. We recommend them to everyone! Hire Excel Heating and Cooling with confidence!

Excel Heating & Air is approximately named, Excellant service! Our A/C went out on a Friday at 5pm. Larry’s response time was less than 45 mins and only took 5 mins to diagnose the problem. I have used Excels service multiple times and they excel in exceeding expectations every time. Larry and his team treat you like family, highly recommend Excel for heating and air issues. Professional, fair priced, quick response and family oriented!!!

Came out on a Saturday to do the work and did not charge us any extra. We left a message Friday night and they came out Saturday. It went great and he was very fast and very efficient. They did not charge us any mileage for any of the travel. He was very pleasant.

Excel came out same day and the tech was able to get our air conditioner up and running. He was nice and the price of the repair was reasonable.

I have used Excel Heating and Cooling for many years. After 18 years my heat pump went out during this very cold period. The new unit was to be moved to the garage from the attic and required moving the outside unit as well to be more efficient. This was a 2 day job and couldnt have been completed by a more knowledgeable hardworking crew. I have nothing but great things to say about Excel and Larrys employees. I will never have anyone else service my heat pump.

We are very pleased with our new furnace and air conditioner system. For the first time in years, we have consistent and steady heating and cooling with no temperature gradients between rooms or between upstairs and downstairs. Their service technicians and sales folks are all very professional and helpful.

I had a problem with my furnace and called this Excel. After giving us a very reasonable quote on a furnace replacement instead of a repair on my unit that was 20 years old, I decided to go ahead with the quote. My new furnace has no problems whatsoever and it runs smoothly without any noise. I will definitely continue you to use them in the future.

My furnace stopped working last night and I found Excel Heating & Air Conditioning on google and decided to give them a call. They were able to get it fixed the same day.
