Shawn was very knowledgeable. He explained everything as well as my options. He also gave me a quote on replacement of my heating/cooling system. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or replace. Great experience from start to finish! Sean gave us a great estimate and was clear and responsive. Never even had to leave a voicemail they always picked up. He was patient with us as we collected other offers and answered every question we had. Once we bought the job we were able to schedule quickly as well. Nathan and Alan came to install and were punctual, professional, courteous, and quick! Had the 40 and 30 year old units removed and new units installed, customer educated, and workspace as clean as I had it when they arrived in just under five hours.
