The existing HVAC system in a recently purchased home was causing a 20 degree temperature difference between the main floor and upstairs. Winters was hired and promptly identified numerous issues with the system. They installed new ducting, returns, and a zoning system. Thanks to their expertise the home is now comfortable and the floors are within 1-3 degrees!! They are highly professional and responsive. Would recommend Winters for a new HVAC install, HVAC issues, or ongoing maintenance.

We were having short-cycling issues with our furnace two weeks ago. Since it was later in the evening, I called a "Quik" fix company to come assess the furnace issue for us. After inspecting our unit, the "Quik" company immediately pressured me into buying a new furnace unit right then and there - no other solution offered at all. I called Winters the next day and had a crew member come out to our house the following day. The Winters crew member reassured me there was no immediate need to replace the furnace and offered a very affordable solution to resolve the short cycling and help extend the life of our furnace a few more years. Huge shoutout to Justin, Kevin, and Will for helping us out and saving us from spending thousands of dollars we don't have during the holiday season. Definitely spreading the good word and recommending Winters again to anyone in the future!

When yall drive thru bargersville again, you better make sure to stop at the stop signs next time. Getting tired of every plumber and hvac company in Johnson County forget how to follow the rules of the road.

UPDATE:
We’re still in renovation mode with this house and when fall arrived we turned the furnace on - but no heat! I called Winters right away! From the super-nice woman I talked with on the phone (her name Amy or Erin?) to the repair professional, Will, I could not have asked for better, friendlier or more reasonable service. Turns out we’d created a short between the furnace and thermostat during the renovations. Will found it right away and rewired it so it no longer comes up through the floor and over the 8” baseboard. A BRILLIANT SOLUTION! I could not be happier with the service this company provides! A+ & 5 Star all the way! Thank you Winters Heating and Cooling!

Excellent service! We recently relocated to Franklin and needed service on the furnace in the older home we just purchased and are renovating. Before the tech arrived, we received a message with his photo and a brief bio, so we knew who to expect. He called with an ETA which was perfect and had our furnace back up and running in no time. The cost was less than I was expecting and he didn't try to pressure me into extra purchases. Friendly, professional and thoughtful service! Winter's will be our go to for HVAC service from now on!

After struggling with my home warranty for a week, I was able to call Winters and have my AC serviced the same day. Aaron, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He explained what repairs my AC needed and why he recommended those specific repairs. He didn’t recommend parts just to make a sale. As a first time home owner, I highly recommend Winters. They will be completely transparent with you and do whatever they can to meet your needs in a timely fashion.

We have never had a maintenance service on our furnace as I was never wanted to feel like I was being sold service and equipment that I didn’t need. That has changed with Winters Heating and Cooling. I don’t feel pressured to by additional service offerings. The team is great to work with and easy to schedule. I was notified ahead of time on arrival (which is great to plan for with the current work environment) and I even received a picture of the person coming to my house to so I had a friendly face to put with the company. I have never seen this before and definitely makes answering the door for my wife and I more comfortable. The process was quick and concise. I even received pictures of different areas of my furnace of things they noticed or found. I am glad I am on the maintenance plan and have comfort in knowing my most expensive mechanic items in the home are taken care of.

I give Winter’s Heating and Cooling 5 stars! They are so helpful and timely. Appointment time was from 12-2 and the tech showed up right at noon. Super friendly and explained everything he was doing and wasn’t just out there to make an ‘additional sale’ by saying my furnace needs this or that. I really appreciated the work he put into my furnace while also taking the time to replace my thermostat back to a regular one from the Nest and explaining why my most recent bill had skyrocketed. All in all, Winters is a great company to work with! 😊

I was able to get scheduled right away for a date and time that worked around my schedule. Then an email and text were sent to me within minutes confirming the appointment and then again the day before the appointment as my reminder. The day of, I again received an email and a detailed text with the technicians picture and short bio so I knew who would be coming to the house. The technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. They made sure to answer any questions that I had and took the time to address any concerns as well. Will definitely be using them again in the future! Great team they’ve set up!

I called Winter's on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 due to a freon leak next to my AC unit. They had someone there to fix it within 30 minutes. The service tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and got the work done quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Will came out to my house to do a tune up on our AC. I LOVE the communication that Winter's puts out regarding appointment reminders and heads up when they are coming. Will was very friendly and professional. He cleaned up our AC and let us know how our system was doing. I will continue using them for my future HVAC needs.
