So for starters, I received a text message and an email with a picture + a short introduction about the technician assigned to us prior to arrival, which I thought was delightful and this made me feel comfortable as I knew who to expect. I also received a phone call when they were on their way, and they were on time!
In terms of service, I was impressed by how knowledgeable and honest they were. We were even advised against some more expensive options en leu of affordable ones, which I feel is a testament to their desire to get us what we needed rather than just to make a buck. They followed up via email and phone quickly afterward as well. I have only praise for these guys!

This is the second time I’ve used Winter’s Heating and Cooling, and I’be been super impressed both times! Rob, my technician today, was very professional and did a great job explaining what he was doing and why he did it. Winters and Rob Adam's recently made a service call to our new Frankiln Indiana home. Rob was prompt, very courteous and very informative. He diagnosed our problem, explained our problem and made the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and Winters Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs!

These guys are the most HONEST and reliable folks out there!! We were told by another company that our furnace was not only broke but DANGEROUS! These guys came out and not only verified that it was NOT broken and were able to restore our faith in humanity! What gentlemen with upstanding customer service!! We will recommend them over and over and over again!!

We spent over $600 to have our furnace and air conditioner maintained. This included following all the recommendations by the repair person for new parts, in particular a new fan. We also bought a $179 service agreement. Less than 6 weeks later, the a/c system stopped working entirely. It turned out that we should have had the furnace and a/c systems maintained after (not before) we had duct cleaners come in. The duct cleaning process left a lot of residue in the system, which then clogged the filters leading to a breakdown in the a/c system: A lesson learned for me. Although I was less than amused that the Winters repairperson tried to sell me a new a/c system, my later conversation with the owner cleared up the confusion. Winters stood by their initial work and didn’t charge me for the second visit. I feel I was treated fairly and would recommend Winters to my friends.

Service tech was professional and sympathetic to my situation. Outlined all of my options and honestly recommended what was best for my home and budget (not the most expensive). Bravo.

About a month ago, Winters Heating and Cooling came to our apartment and fixed our AC. They were friendly, fast, and the AC was much quieter after maintenance. Great experience all around!
