A Perfect Climate Heating & Cooling

My furnace went out on Christmas Day. Called the people that installed the furnace (4 years ago) to come check it out. (Thought it would be under warranty. Turns out it wasn’t due to me not being the original owner. The original company admitted that they hooked up the electrical part for the furnace incorrectly causing my blower motor to work overtime and burn out. Even though they admitted their company did it wrong they still were going to charge me $1500.00 to replace my blower motor and reroute the electric. Sean and Ellen from A Perfect Climate heard my story and told me that this price was extremely too high and it should not cost that much. Sean called me and explained everything to me. He sent his tech Mike to my house with a new blower motor and fixed the electrical wires within 30 mins of arriving. He made sure everything worked as it should before he left. Amazing friendly people right here. They did not have to reach out to me as busy as they were with the latest cold snap. However they did and treated us like a family member. Truly thankful for Sean and Ellen and their whole crew at A Perfect Climate. Thank you!

The tech was good. The company charged me 500 right after a tech call of 100. All they did was an hour diagnostic. They have cheated other people I know as well. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on them.

Had thermostat issue, fixed within 24 hours which included working around our busy schedule on a Saturday. Top notch company run by top notch individuals who care about getting it right!

Logan and Sean were great! A fuse was blown when my husband tried to install a Nest thermostat. They were able to come out the same night and fixed everything so we could avoid the cold. I called 3 other companies and no one could come the same day. Super friendly and responsive office team as well.

Our air conditioner was not cooling our home. We called to have someone come out. They were here within in our 1 hour. Very professional. They immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it.

Knowledgeable and helpful. Seemed legitimately concerned and wanted to solve our heating issues. Six months later a new season so maintenance for the AC and still the same good quality. The boss is coming to look into our airflow issues.

Came home to no heat, they came out within 30 minutes. Quick and fast . Gavin was professional and had expert knowledge and tips to maintain our system. Found it was a flame sensor needing Cleaned. More than I wanted to spend but the quick service makes up for it.
